A small and dirty hotel where even the rats do not want to walk, the hotel is maintained by help my husband is a handyman, the tap was completely loose, sealant work was applied poorly and childishly and therefore not clean, the outside of the building was from a ghetto, lighting only worked half way and if you drive from the "other" side that the navigation indicated, you will be standing in front of the hotel on the wrong side of the posts and you will therefore not be able to get to the vacant lot, which turned out to be a P place . Really too scandalous for words.

If you want to feel like you're in a small Eastern European town in the 1970s, this is the right place for you. Dilapidated rooms, a parking lot that is second to none, freshly renovated rooms according to the Albanian standards of the 50s. Unfortunately I read the reviews too late. It was bearable for two nights, but only with a metal concert as compensation. The only advantage: the distance to the Aladin Music Hall.

Overall I was very disappointed. Bathroom equipment zero points. The door to the room could not be opened completely because there was a bed there. It was possible to get into the bathroom 🤣 but two guys and.... The lady will give us a room where two beds are connected. No thanks please.

When we booked we thought “it will be enough for one night”. However, upon arrival we quickly realized that we couldn't stay there for a few hours. After 10 minutes we left the building to find another accommodation. The bathroom was underwater and also smelled unpleasantly of bodily waste. The shower was infested with mold. The bedroom smelled strongly of questionable consumer products despite the windows being open. The employee seems to react angrily to criticism and shows little ability to communicate. Anyone who feels comfortable at a rest stop on the German motorway should consider this accommodation. However, if you are longing for a serious place to sleep, it is better to save your money directly for appropriate accommodation.

Been there twice already. I would go and third time. Price to quality ratio I would say is prity good.I was going to the Amsterdam from Kiel and that hotel is in the midd way so prity convenient .Rooms were clean , checking in was trouble free.Don't believe what other comments says it's descent accommodation for what you're paying.Showers were clean, rooms were clean.So definetely recommend .Reading other comments thought in staying in garbage container... Totally inaccurate. Have a good stay.

After reading the reviews, I expected something terrible. Was in room 26. Normal room. WI FI is good. For this money, you should not expect anything special. The bed is clean. The mattress is comfortable.

When we arrived the key was on the counter. Nobody answered the bell. So we just went into the room. The room itself was somewhat ok, not clean but tolerable for one night. The bathroom was an imposition. There was mold everywhere, especially in the shower and it smelled terrible. We then contacted the service number by telephone. The lady barely spoke German and didn't understand what it was about at first. She then explained that there was no staff on site except for a chambermaid who didn't speak German and was also on her way. After some back and forth the lady finally showed up. English worked, she then looked through several rooms with us before we found one in which the mold in the bathroom was limited to a minimum. The window in the room couldn't be closed. The TV didn't work either. The beds were ok. It's unbelievable that you can call something like this a hotel and rent it out. Never again

I booked a room with my partner, when we arrived we rang the bell at reception because our key was on the counter, the employee didn't speak any German and didn't know what language she spoke...So we just took the keys and went into the room.The room was an imposition!In the bathroom the joints were full of mold and also in the showerThe window was open and you couldn't close it because the handle broke off, so we asked the telephone reception and the employee spoke German, but his statement was that he couldn't do anything and we left after 30 minutes.Luckily we found another hotel where we could check in late in the evening.

An absolute disgrace. MOLD in the bathroom, window cannot be closed, handle broken. No TV that worked. Dirty and no German speaking staff. No solution help when calling the hotel hotline directly. Never again. Checked out again after 20 minutes. Disgusting and horrible.

Less than 1* When we arrived, we first bought scented candles and all the magic trees. Absolutely bad air!!! Mold in the shower and on the tiles, no towels, neither a hairdryer, which is actually what Google said... Absolutely no go... Better to spend more money and feel comfortable.

We have stayed here many times, but yesterday, very unfriendly lady at the reception,When we came down for breakfast there was no bread, cold old coffee and after asking where is the bread and coffee, we were given bread rolls that had been just thawed out and not baked. The unfriendly lady made us 2 corusents and said breakfast is a 6 o'clock as it it was our fault, it was 8.30. Seen like the hotel has changed ownership because for years it was always good.
