Spacious rooms at reasonable prices.The refrigerator is a little small. There is an electric kettle in the rooms.There are cutlery and mugs and glasses.They didn't provide bath towels, but face towels did.Mixed bathroom with 1 urinal, toilet and shower.They did not provide any hygiene products.It's not a hotel, it's a hostel or guest house.The place is reasonably well-maintained, but the carpets could be washed so we don't have dirty feet and socks.The beds are basic beds without springs, uncomfortable, and noisy.Windows are huge but without blinds and only have thin, translucent curtains, where privacy does not reign nor does it hide the light asthere is another apartment building opposite and from where we see and are seen!!!🙄They don't provide shower gels or shampoos or soap?!Are kitchen utensils washed in the bathroom?!🙄The heaters only start working at almost 8 am.We were cold at night!

I can only advise you to keep your distance. Not safe from burglary!! We were on the 3rd floor. A staircase can be taken upstairs via the garden. I think we had rooms 9 & 10. If you stand on the balcony of both rooms, the locked patio doors can be pushed open with a light push and entry into the room is possible.The beds are small and smell like sweat etc.The bathroom is fine.You can quickly get to the shaft by train.

The location is nice and quiet, but unfortunately that's about it.The room and the hallway smelled really musty, there were wooden wedges placed under the beds for whatever reason.The bathroom in the hallway, which we were supposed to share with 3 other rooms, was an imposition, with hair everywhere.The carpet in the room didn't look that hygienic either.In the hallway there was a cupboard with a microwave, kettle, 3 cups and some cutlery, which wasn't really clean either. There is no TV or radio in the room.Parking spaces right in front of the door were really great.Check in was problem-free ☺️

Location & connection very good, the rooms are a disaster!old musty smell in the hallway which is also present in the rooms the beds are so small and hard an impertinence! No TV in the room! (It's better to bring a sleeping bag. Beds are not clean!!!!) (There are no real curtains on the windows) The shared bathroom is connected to the motion detector in the hallway, you sit on the pot, the light in the hallway goes out and in the bathroom too! The internet is okay the penalties are ridiculous! There is a smoking area in the courtyard, but it is also under video surveillance. I think it is very questionable, so if you don't want to be filmed you have to smoke on the street! So if you only want to sleep somewhere for one night, I can only advise against it!

There should be a smoking area in the yard. Instead, they check and look for butts under the window in order to catch the €350 fine!!!Unpleasant smells in the hallway as everyone uses the microwave as nothing else is provided. House rules full of “bans”! A medium-sized refrigerator with Mini Frost in the hallway for 4 rooms with at least 3 people each is a bit stingy.Wi-Fi so-so until hm.......Conclusion 1: “Motto” Stinginess is cool.Conclusion 2: There is even more to be earned with the “bans” and their (written) penalties!!!Parking space in front of the house is great!Great connection to the Weser and the city!Quiet location.

The neighborhood is great, but the "hotel" is pretty bad: the rooms stink of cigarettes, the shared shower, at least in our hallway, wasn't cleaned. The next stay in Bremen will definitely be in this district, but in a different hotel!

It's a disgraceful place, the heater is not working, it smells inside, we had a lot of trouble in communication and he told us that we couldn't enter before 6 o'clock, he even learned from us whether we had a reservation or not, we froze until the morning, it literally smelled like feet inside because of the cold, I will never recommend it to anyone again!

Mixture of school camp and refugee camp. Very cheap at €50 a night for 3 people. But shared bathroom/toilet that looked appropriate. The doors outside were constantly opening and closing, and our door shook every time. The beds are very narrow. We had paid for 2 nights in advance (not possible otherwise) and “escaped” after the first night. Accommodation not recommended even as a construction worker. The only positive thing is that the house looks good from the outside.
