I was there during business trip to VW, spent 1 night only in a very small room but clean. Persons at the reception do not speak English which is rather common in Germany, one must get used to it ;) The lowest score this hotel gets for the breakfast. It was tasty but selection of food was very poor and at 8:00 (opens at 6:30) there was already no sausage (no sausage in Germany! Come on). I asked lady in the restaurant to serve more sausage but she explained it was all for today, no more wurst ... this is crazy! Hotel has very good parking and it's very well located, there are bars and restaurants 3 minutes away on foot. But no wurst ... that's not acceptable.

Centro Hotel Goya was difficult to deal with and has no flexibility, do not book with them unless you are 100% certain of you dates as they will refuse to change or cancel without charging the full rate.

Decent hotel close to the center. I had nothing to complain about the room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.Only the receptionist with his strange manner makes me deduct a star here. Kindness is different.

The location of the hotel is really very good, close to the Autostadt and the outlet center.We also slept well there, beds weren't sagging or unclean. The bathroom is also clean but very small and not suitable for people with physical limitations.Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m.We were there at 8:50 a.m. and there was almost nothing left. We then asked if they could bring something else, especially scrambled eggs, which they initially said no, saying that we would be the last guests for breakfast today. We then got some scrambled eggs, but only after we pointed out to the nice lady that breakfast was until 10:00 a.m.So get there early so you can get something from the buffet, they don't refill voluntarily, what a shame!Otherwise everything was good.

Rooms and breakfast have always been ok so far. I find it very strange that as a long-time customer you can no longer reserve a room, but if the hotel management doesn't value me as a customer, that's ok too, there are other hotels in WB where I am welcome

Perfect location in the centerUnfortunately there were no toothbrush cups. In my opinion, the room would be perfect with a small mini fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful and hardworking. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

A small, cozy city hotel with everything you need. Very nice staff and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. However, you could do something about the musty room smell by simply airing it out more often. The bathroom and shower were very clean and very modern. The Autostadt can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Gladly again.

We had booked the room for one night but couldn't stand it because of the musty smell in the room. Otherwise it might have been just enough to sleep, but it was either the really not nice bedspreads or the carpet in the room. But even with the window open it wasn't bearable.We were kindly offered at least a better room when we checked out, but if you don't feel comfortable straight away, even a better room won't do the trick and so we left this hotel that same evening.Instead of the hotel, I would invest in a new set of bedspreads, have the carpets in the room cleaned by a company and have the room equipped with new televisions that are not the size of a tablet and then it would definitely be better 👍🏼

The room has a very strange smell. The carpet also looks so old. You should definitely renovate sometime. The bed was also very small. There is also no elevator. Would not recommend the hotel
