Well, offering it at the earliest for 27 euros is quite an announcement. But otherwise everything was very good. The location is of course far away.

I'm writing this review while I'm still lying here in bed after an involuntary night of drinking.The service and organization were top notch, the room was modern, the bathroom was equally well furnished and surprisingly spacious, everything was spotlessly clean. I actually wanted to stay with this rating until I wanted to sleep. Emphasis on wanted.Unfortunately, the walls are made of cardboard and incredibly thin. My neighbors were loud from time to time, but most of the time they talked at a normal room volume. Actually something that normal insulation should be able to withstand. But now I know why one young man originally had doubts about family planning with his partner, that both men like to play golf, and that they wanted to order 10 grams of drugs for the next evening. When I complained about the wall being noisy, I was able to talk to the neighbor through the wall. Without being overly loud.That's a lot for one night, but when I think about the fact that you can book weeks and even months at Freigeist Homes: it's an imposition!

We spontaneously stayed in one of the apartments for one night while traveling from southern to northern Germany. We were greeted very friendly and the app. It was also very clean except for two small things. Perfect with the underground parking and the price is also okay for parking. In the Freigeist Home there is a washing machine and dryer available, free of charge if I remember correctly, as well as an iron and ironing board.The following day we had breakfast directly at the hotel next door and the staff there really exceeded my expectations. I come from the industry myself and to be greeted with so much friendliness and warmth in the morning is really lucky! The ladies were guest-oriented and attentive and the buffet offers an extremely large selection of delicacies and everything is organic and of very good quality. I don't know if I would use this every morning as a business guest and it's perfect for us as "transients" with a birthday breakfast. You're welcome to keep it up... The format is ideal and wonderful!

Beware of hotel scamsBiggest SHIT STORE I've ever been to.Apparently the duvet was stolen after departure.You have to put up with such accusations from the staff on the phone.I would really advise anyone not to sleep here.In addition, events are celebrated here and the noise in the rooms is unbearable.We don't even want to start with the dirt in the rooms.But the rats on the hotel grounds are huge and fat. This is really extraordinary and you should take a look. It's probably because of the rubbish lying around everywhere

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Freigeist Homes. What I noticed negatively was that there was no air conditioning in the room, but you couldn't open the windows due to the noise from the main street. The bed is too small and uncomfortable. I'm 1.93m and when you turn you sink into the gap between the shifting mattresses. There is a very unpleasant smell in the hallways every evening, which is probably due to the fact that many refugees who are staying there use the cooking facilities in the apartments. Breakfast buffet is very good but is far too expensive for a 20 minute business breakfast. I'm not coming back.

Very good spacious apartments and excellent decoration!The rooms are equipped with a kitchen which allows you to cook at home.From 25 m2 rooms to 50m2 studios, there is enough to accommodate different types of families.

The hotel is outside the Innenstadt. The room is nicely arranged and clean. However, the public area and WCs needed more frequent cleaning.

We had a large room and great facilities. The reception wasn't entirely German-speaking, but it still worked. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated. Unfortunately, the television cannot be swiveled. Walk to the city center about 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets and fast food are nearby. The star deduction is for the noise from outside - it's not possible to sleep with the window open and the hotel's own parking spaces are far too expensive. We were lucky enough to find a free parking space on the side of the road. Overall still recommended.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is great and leaves nothing to be desired. However, for €25, quite expensive, even during the week. You don't have that much time before work, so a small breakfast would be a little cheaper and more appropriate.The sauna invites you to relax.

The rooms are cozy, but there are two “buts”:-they hung a sign for half a day to “clean up the room”, no one cleaned it up ((-mattresses are moving apart (but this is our mistake; when we checked in, we did not specify that we needed one large bed).And rooms with all amenities 👍🏼I recommend!!!
