Catastrophic conditions in room 5!Massive mold smell, mold on the wall & ceiling (often always after being painted with white paint), insects hanging down from the picture frame, dirty dishes from the previous person. We didn't last longer than 2 hours despite the window being open!The landlord wasn't there, i.e. he didn't arrive, left the money on the bedside table and claimed it was never there. Afterwards he said he was a lawyer and would get his money one way or another.Have lots of other pictures.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Can't give any information because we were told at the door that they had sent us an email that there had been a double booking via a ring system and that we should go and close the door from the outsideThe house and property looked run down if the rooms were exactly the same as the outside impression, you should get better money if you take a room there

A strong musty smell!Humidity is noticeable, even making the doors and floors sticky!The windows on the roof let the wind and cold through.It has a small kitchen with microwave, stove with oven and dishwasher and dishwasher, there is also a coffee machine, but it is missing..And even a mini fridge.Received payment, but no receipt!🙄We stayed in an attic, the doors and floor creaked a lot, there was a lack of oil on the hinges and wax on the floor.Very dirty carpets.I think I should have given the receipt.The street is very busy and therefore noisy.

Booked 1 month ago with Check 24, the hotel has just informed us that there are no more rooms available, even though we have a written confirmation. Juice shop! Doesn't deserve a single star ⭐️ terrible customer service. Grade 6. Totally unfriendly.

Good stay overall, average place, but good for what you pay. It's outside of the central area, but we walked into the city each day (only a 20 min walk). We stayed in the bottom unit, and didn't end up having to share a bathroom as expected which was great. It gets a little stuffy but there is a big window to open. If you're afraid of bugs, this might not be the best place for you. There is a kitchen upstairs with a microwave and fridge. TV didn't work the best as it has slow connection, but wifi was fast on our phones.

Host unfriendly, unkempt. Mattresses have reached the end of their lifespan. All the doors in the house are difficult, difficult or impossible to close. Oven, microwave, kettle, hotplates dirty, even though cleaning lady goes through every day. The cleaning lady only loads the dishwasher and brings fresh towels. The window handles to close the window are loose. TV receiver a disaster These rooms are by no means comfortable. Rather dilapidated.

The price/performance ratio is right. The room is large and clean (just don't look at our sofa). The beds are large and comfortable.The bathroom had black (mold) traces everywhere. The shower tray has no curtain, you put the entire bathroom under water.The kitchen is very worn out. The refrigerator urgently needs to be defrosted and disinfected, cleaning is not enough. Soup was boiled in the kettle and not cleaned. The microwave wasn't clean either.If a gardener doesn't take action soon, you'll need a machete to reach the entrance.

GenerallyWe slept here for one night while passing through with our godchild. It is a very run-down house that rents a total of four rooms. We booked this accommodation because it was a good location for us and good value for money, but we wouldn't come here again. It's just about possible to sleep, but you can't use the garden, kitchen or bathroom at all. The service is also an imposition.The location is a little outside of Bremen, near the airport. There is a gas station right next door. You can't park directly at the property, but it's relatively difficult to park on the side streets.RoomWe had room number 1 in the attic. On this floor there is another room, a shared kitchen and a bathroom.The entire house, the driveway, the garden, the stairwell and all the common areas are very old, dirty and run down. Luckily the room itself was reasonably clean and livable.We had a double bed, TV, a table with chairs and a small couch (on which a small child can only sleep). Bed linen is only available for two people, even though we paid for three. There is still bed linen in the closet, but no covers. We also only had two towels. There was another stack in the bathroom, but it wasn't clear whether they were unused or used.The kitchen is dirty, there is rubbish lying around and we preferred not to prepare any food there as planned, but instead ordered pizza. The bathroom is really unpleasant, broken tiles, dirt from the previous ones, mold and dirt everywhere.serviceWe contacted the accommodation in advance and spoke to the unhelpful landlord. We asked whether there was a bed including bed linen etc. for our sponsored child (4 years old). He told us that we would either get an extra bed or a sofa bed. There was only one double bed available on site. So the child can only sleep cramped on the couch (no sofa bed) and didn't even have bed linen. We then stuffed the crack between the two mattresses with towels and slept quite uncomfortably with the three of us in the double bed, sharing the two blankets. If we had known, we would have simply brought an air mattress and bed linen, but we relied on the telephone promise.Check-in was also a disaster. Nobody answered us on site and nobody could be reached by phone on all three numbers. Only after we contacted Expedia did the landlord call back and tell us the code for the safe with the keys.Late in the evening he obviously arrived on site, called and called and wanted us to come down and pay, even though we were already in bed.The WiFi was so bad that we had to use our cell phone network.(September 2023)

Well, not even okay for one night.It's pretty run down.The bed was worn out.The bathroom is an imposition. The shower is dirty, tiny and doesn't work properly.I'm not coming back.

We booked a room for one night today. Arrived on time to hand over the keys and the keys were not in the safe. Apparently the last guests hadn't handed over the key. We should come back at a later date. Now, as we were told, we came later and the landlord had meanwhile rented the room to other guests. The reason was the following: “These guests have booked longer”. What a cheek! We were totally stunned. Unfortunately, we now have a problem. As if it wasn't enough, we were told "Yes, this has happened to me several times." His guesthouse is more fully booked than some hotels! This act and reaction is just disrespectful. Under no circumstances would I recommend this accommodation, I strongly advise against it! Especially for guests who “only” want to stay one night. We'll now look for a nice, cozy park to stay in. Tomorrow we'll be able to laugh about it and now we'll have a nice story that we can tell a lot of people.

I lived in the attic in a run-down room, which can be reached via a total of 3 steep flights of stairs, which is very strenuous or even impossible with a heavy suitcase. The owner carried my suitcase up for me when I arrived, but my problem was downstairs the next morning. A connecting door leads to the shared kitchen, toaster, microwave and much more available, hence 2 stars for equipment. 1 bottle of water was in the room upon arrival.But I wouldn't recommend the guesthouse. It is in need of renovation and for over 40 €/night it is not a good price/performance ratio!Shared bathroom not lockable (broken), very noisy, tattered furniture, but it was clean!! 10 minute walk to the airport was the only highlight!There are no restaurants in the area, only MC and a Chinese at the airport!! I'm not coming back. Then prefer Arbnb, for less money!

No way!! Not recommended. Landlord unfriendly. Payment is required upon arrival. Before we saw the room. Bad impression, unpleasant.Shortcomings of the accommodation:Landlord enters the room in our absence and takes things out. No go! absolute violation of privacy. The wooden floor creaks extremely and the room smells of cigarettes. No smoke detectors anywhere. unpleasant and unhealthy. Holes in the floor and the stove is not functional. No information from the landlord when asked about how it works. Mold and rust in the oven. The bathroom is not lockable. Toothbrushes from previous tenants are still in the bathroom. The bathroom window is covered in mold and everything looks very old-fashioned.The best thing: we forgot something in the accommodation and then called to see if it had been found. The landlord says yes it was found but because we gave the accommodation a negative rating we can wait forever and hung up. Simply speechless. Not experienced yet.Overall, this is not an accommodation I would recommend. Too many defects that are not acceptable at all. If you are looking for accommodation, you should look elsewhere for a better experience.The pictures speak for themselves.

A very clean hotel.It's simply furnished, but it's enough. When we arrived there was a bottle of water ready. That was a nice gesture. The hotel has several rooms and a shared kitchen/living room. Very comfortably furnished. For example, there are candles on the table

It's unbelievable that you can rent something like that, but the short distance to the airport plays into the hands of the extremely unfriendly landlord
