A beautiful hotel. We (4 women) had booked wellness. Well, okay, massage was okay. Not professional but still very pleasant. We had a complete holiday apartment. We didn't lack anything. Very clean👌🏼Staff is also extremely friendly. Unfortunately, as a house guest you had to reserve a table for dinner in the morning. We tried at short notice because we had gone on a Brocken hike and therefore didn't know the exact time, but we didn't get a table. When we arrived there was hardly any activity in the restaurant. It's a shame, we would have liked to try the cuisine. Pool is also very pleasant. 31 degrees water temperature 👌🏼 perfect for relaxing when there are no children (no offense intended). I'd love to come back😘

Water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen. For a 4 star hotel, unfortunately very poorly equipped in terms of the supposedly fully equipped kitchen, no freezer compartment, an old 2-plate stove, no extractor hood, when you cook the room is full of fumes and smells, only the most necessary and old used cooking materials, no oven .The television was broken, unfortunately there was no response despite asking, the water pressure in the shower was very low with hot water, the furniture was unfortunately outdated and didn't fit together. There are plastic snack chairs on the balcony, which have nothing to do with coziness.Although a 1 star hotel has to provide 1 large towel, here at 4 stars you have to book towels separately, very sad. Not to mention the lighting and much more.All in all you should remove at least 2 stars here.In addition, it is very noisy and unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces. If you are not at the hotel by 7 p.m. you are out of luck and have to park on the dirt road without lighting. No safe.

A very quiet place to relax... an ideal place for hiking.Hotel staff very friendly...swimming pool a bit small but okay, sauna area clean...can get tight as soon as a couple comes along and goes into the same sauna...it would be nicer to make a reservation for 2 or 3 sessions... .we had a 2 room apartment which was completely okay...the cupboards were partly broken and heavily used...the mattresses were much too firm for both of us. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and there was really a lot.

Great hotelLocation on the outskirts of town, perfect to start walking straight away.Various circular routes of different lengths.The room I moved into had a direct view of Brocken and Wurmberg. The highlight is a small balcony, ideal for the evening hoursHalf board: everything varied and something for every tasteThe entire staff was very friendly and open-mindedIn short: It was a great 5 days

It was okay. You can do it. Playground is not a playground. Probably wouldn't come back again. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else. If you're on the go all day, that's enough.

Arrived late at night and the staff had put out our key so we could check in.Rooms are ok. Big space and maybe not up to date with the interior but very clean and fresh.Beds are ok but the sleeping couch very hard for the kids to sleep on.One big negative thing was they didn’t offer us breakfast. You need to pre book this one day before which we unfortunately missed. We travelled with kids and they were hungry in the morning but the hotel didn’t offer not even a sandwich which we would be more than happy to pay for.

We traveled as a family of 5 and found it very nice here, it is a small, fine hotel which also has its own holiday homes. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade in one of them, the staff were very friendly throughout, everyone liked the food Even shortly before the end the buffet was refilled, we were also thrilled with the pool, it is small but nice, the water was always very pleasantly warm so you can spend hours in it without shivering. We really liked the pool noodles that were available to everyone and diving goggles that was enough for the children (8 - 14 years) to have fun for a long time, the place itself is right in the middle of the Harz Mountains, which means you can quickly reach many things to do. We will definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and will definitely come back. We already miss the hotel cat Ginger, who visited us regularly ❤️

Stay away from this hotel, stayed in July and...6 days on vacation with half board, rooms are only cleaned at 3 p.m. so you can go home from the hike, full trash cans in the room, no cleaning staff on Sundays, towels are not exchanged, only 4 adults can go into the sauna, that's wellness?, Swimming pool very small, staff sometimes snotty cheeky, meal times, at breakfast over an hour and 5 minutes, they were thrown out of the breakfast room, fixed meal times in the evening, just like under socialism, the Ossi have not learned friendliness and politeness after 35 years, the hotel bill should and You have to pay the day before by 5 p.m., after that the reception is no longer open, the roads in the Harz mean that a trip with constant construction sites is impossible, the food was sometimes lukewarm and as I said, stay away from this hotel, the vacation was a failure, too the bathroom and shower weren't cleaned properly, we were grateful for a roll of toilet paper, plastic chairs on the balcony, the simplest ones from the Hannes slingshot, it's not a 4 star hotel, just bed accommodation with bread service, fingers away, something nice in the Harz, not this hotel 🏨👎👎👎👎👎👎, in addition the WiFi doesn't work at all, no mattress as described, broken TV with streaks and damage, the ambience of the room and the furnishings are very reminiscent of the GDR character and are in need of an overhaul, bed linen is out GDR inventory, totally unsuitable as a 4 star hotel, once again said the sometimes cheeky and brash house staff, FINGER AWAY 👎👎👎, from the hotel, that wasn't a nice vacation, lady at reception unfriendly and works according to socialist model, shower rod in the bathroom wobbles and It's broken, the balcony is dirty, the windows haven't been cleaned, this is a youth hostel bed block, never again 👎👎👎👎Attention, the owner distorts the facts in his favor, some false claims in his statement, this happened differently among people present and witnesses on site, it is statement against statement, careful, some false claims from the owner

The hotel is in a very quiet location and offers free parking. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and of a reasonable size, and there was even a small kitchen integrated. The hotel also has a small swimming pool and a sauna that can be used free of charge. The price-performance ratio is great.

The restaurant is located at the bottom of a hotel/apartment complex. Not super fun, but tasty food. Service not pleasant either. Fun and unique for children: a steam train brings the drinks to the tables along the front facade.

I can only recommend Tannenpark to everyone. Great room. Great restaurant, food. Great pool + sauna. All clean. Lots of parking spaces. And ideal for dog owners.
