Very nice and courteous service staff, the rebooking went smoothly. Free parking spaces are available on the street, and Edeka and a bakery are just 100 meters away. There is also a charging option for electric vehicles, but EUR 0.51/kWh is quite a high price. Since we arrived late, the room key was left in the safe, which worked smoothly. Our “simply good room” was functional, clean and also inexpensive. Overall, a pleasant stay – gladly again!

Cozy, modest privately run hotel, good location, friendly staff, good service. Room adequately equipped, tiny bathroom, the electrically controlled heating unfortunately makes noise. Breakfast is simple but plentiful and tasty.

Centrally located hotel near SB line 4 stop towards the center. In 20 minutes you can be on the market square. Good but simple breakfast, clean room. Price is reasonable.

Inaccurate description Expedia vs the actual hotel. Free breakfast in Expedia but hotel says No. Tried explaining the situation to the hotel but.... they said " system problem". They told us not all person booked get breakfast???. We booked with kids? On our Expedia confirmation, it says free breakfast and not the other way around! We were told to talk to Expedia again. Which everyone know it takes time. The Hotel is actually decent, they have good breakfast. But when someone booked a confirmed booking, that should be accepted. instead, we got the run around. and were told to pay breakfast for our kids. Nahh... either way. We still got charged even though we decided not to use it the 2nd day.

The hotel looks neat at the entrance. The history of the building and its location is indicated with photos on the wall. It radiates the German geniality. We went to a Dependance family room a little further up the street. Good room, clean, nice colors and nice bathroom. The breakfast was well prepared. We had hoped for more fruit (small basket of apples) and maybe an egg. We didn't ask for it further and perhaps that could have been done.

We were there for a funeral service. The service person only showed up once. And that only because the question of whether someone would like tea instead of coffee. We had to get the sweetener ourselves. And there was only one donor. The coffee was not drinkable and then there was a thermos flask for 5 people because 2 cups per person were calculated. Normally we know that 1 pot = 8 cups. The tea was also charged extra (2 cups €9). However, it was called coffee or tea. The slices looked anything but appetizing. All in all not recommended. It is an insult to all those left behind

We stayed in a four-bed room in the annex for three nights. The room with its own shower was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, our request for bedding for allergy sufferers was only partially fulfilled. Two pillows and a duvet were duvets. So the first night we had to improvise.For the included breakfast, we ordered gluten-free rolls for one person in advance by email and by phone. Unfortunately we only got dry and naturally untoasted gluten-free and unfortunately also completely tasteless toast bread. Unfortunately, the lactose-free milk we had previously ordered was also not available, which is why we looked for an alternative place to have breakfast.Unfortunately there was no room service whatsoever. The four of us were given exactly one roll of toilet paper for the three nights. There was also no suction. The stay was therefore rather disappointing for us.

Booked at short notice, the room was pleasantly spacious, a refrigerator was available, free WiFi and a television was also there. Enough towels were provided, everything was very clean and absolutely satisfactory. The breakfast was rich and it was constantly replenished. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located a little outside in Schwachhausen, but is very quiet, even the rooms facing the street. Unfortunately there is no lockable room for bicycles, only a parking space behind the house. …

The booking was good, as was the communication via internet. The quiet location was really a blessing. There was a Greek restaurant nearby that I can also recommend. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that was annoying is the yard lighting. It was too bright and our room had exactly one window facing the courtyard, which unfortunately we couldn't darken.Otherwise I would definitely go there again.

After I had a nice single room in the hotel in December 2023, I was assigned a room in one of the Heldt guesthouses - on the other side of the street - in January 2024. |NEVER AGAIN! …

The breakfast was “great” for the price, unbeatable. 2022The bed covers were a bit too thin. The lady from the next room also complained about this. At minus 9 the heating couldn't compensate.Large parking lot at the nearby cemetery.2023These times 2 single rooms. Beds good and thicker duvets. Yay.The bathrooms are getting old. Very, very small but clean.Soap free of charge and there is a hairdryer.Unfortunately there is no elevator in the old building.It's also noisy, so use earplugs to help ;-)
