This was by far the most uncomfortable hotel we have ever seen. Carelessly furnished, staff unmotivated. We could have saved ourselves breakfast, there was nothing left at 9am. Never again, and absolutely not recommended!

Stay away from this hotel. It makes a bad impression from the outside and that continues inside! Has the charm of a youth hostel, rooms facing the street are extremely loud and since there is no air conditioning, you have a stuffy, sleepless night ahead of you, especially in summer. The 70s greeted us from the primitive bathroom and it smelled musty. There are no curtains, just blinds that are completely dirty and full of holes, and the mattress is badly worn out. Breakfast is okay, but everything is arranged completely carelessly, the room has the charm of a canteen. The owner writes here that they take criticism to heart, but I don't believe that. It's better to invest a little more but not there!

The strong smell of chlorine when you came into the room was really bad. Unfortunately you can't open the window at night, we had a room facing the street. So warm and stuffy at night. The staff is really very nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The best thing was the direct proximity to the S-Bahn station. Sufficient for a short stay.

The hotel's location is easily accessible by public transport, but not necessarily in a prime area of Hanover. The entrance area reminded me of an arcade, which wouldn't have been a big deal if the rest had been right. When I arrived in the room, I was greeted by the sounds of the street. At first I thought the windows were open - but wrong, they were closed. Why no soundproof windows were installed here remains a mystery. The hotel advertises with the slogan: "HAVE A RELAXING NIGHT IN ONE OF OUR 45 ROOMS IN HOTEL HANNOVER." Unfortunately I didn't find anything relaxing here. The noise level is enormous even with the windows closed (rooms facing the street) and since there is no air conditioning, it is necessary to open the windows at night. You should also invest in a reasonable blackout option. The icing on the cake was the completely sagging mattresses, which were reminiscent of a festival sleeping pad.In response to criticism of my rating, I am adapting it to the topic of breakfast:Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to the standard I would have expected from a hotel. At least the employees were friendly and helpful. My conclusion: The hotel is not recommended for me. There is an urgent need to invest in better windows and mattresses.

After one night we looked for another hotel and unfortunately we cannot recommend the Plaza Inn. The hotel and the rooms have probably not been invested in for a long time. The hallway smelled musty. In my room, in addition to cosmetic defects (e.g. stained curtains), there were also defects (shower door seal, blackout blind holed and defective because the cable was unhooked). It was very hot in the rooms. Due to the location it is very loud even with the windows closed; Ventilation is therefore hardly possible, especially in the rooms facing the street. The quality of sleep was poor. On the one hand because of the sagging mattresses, on the other hand other hotel guests were partying late into the night. Other course participants have spoken of further problems (e.g. unpleasant smell in the bathroom). The breakfast is also of low quality and definitely not worth €12. The service is also not first class. On the one hand, there is a sign at the exit informing you that you should leave your key at the reception, on the other hand, you come back and a few meters before you reach the gate, the employee gets up, walks past you and goes out to smoke. The location of the hotel is good, right next to the tram stop for a connection to the city, but on the other hand the company hanging around on the street in the evening clouds some people's sense of security. I also found it irritating that only one structural escape/rescue route was identified and available. To be fair, it should be added that the hotel is very cheap. However, it would be better to charge more for an overnight stay and invest immediately in the well-being of the overnight guests.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and responded immediately to any requests for help. My girlfriend and I saw two men at work, thank you for your work! The rooms are very nice, everything is clean, the soundproofing is very good, we slept well, if we are in Hanover again we will definitely stay here again. I was very pleased that the hotel is opposite the subway station, it is easy to get around but you don't hear the subway, the room was very quiet

The room was clean and the bed was OK. It was a relatively warm day so the room heated up. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning. You could open the windows, but the hotel is on an extremely busy intersection. So if you like engines roaring at night, sirens and trams every few minutes, this is the right place for you.

Check in without any problems. Questions were answered immediately. Everything here without any problems.I had the “Comfort Room 105” for one night. The room faced the parking lot, well I thought it would be a little quieter. But no. Waiting in the parking lot and the adjacent courtyard is so noisy, even on the busy main street. The room had heated up so much in the afternoon sun, and due to the volume, the option to open the window was quickly eliminated. The bed:Here I found a matzah laid out. Which had a real coolness. All in all, a night with very little sleep. The small bathroom is functional.I can't say anything about breakfast because I didn't order any.I will probably look for other accommodation for the next assembly assignment.
