For €95 a night, the wobbly bed wasn't all that great...

~ Good location +~ Very intense street noise -~ There is a bakery under the hotel, so the night might be over around 3am -~ ABSOLUTELY hard and uncomfortable beds! -(I was traveling around the world for 7 months and didn't even have such an uncomfortable bed!)~the rooms are very uncomfortable, dirty and the temperature was around 30 °C -So all in all, not recommended!

Per:Room was very large and spacious, very centrally located. Parking garage is free and the access code for the room is easy. We also had a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, which really surprised us.Cons:Room service only after 7 days of stay. Towel and toilet paper only upon request.Unfortunately, the double bed consists of two single mattresses, the cushions are very thin and uncomfortable.TV without remote control. Access to the room was very unkempt, tiles were broken and the outside door in the hallway couldn't be closed.

We were looking for a cheap hotel for a birthday party - just for one night - the parking garage is free and the rooms can be reached via elevator. Codes were sent to us at 3pm on the day of arrival - our room was large and spacious and even had a kitchenette and fridge. Everything went very well - best price if you book directly

After we had a good experience in another hotel room at WMM Hotels, we were looking forward to finding the same provider again in Ingolstadt. Unfortunately we couldn't enter the room because the door lock was broken. In this case, the operator has stored a master key in a key safe. I was given the code for this key safe over the phone. Unfortunately the key safe was also broken and simply couldn't be opened.Ultimately we were refunded the cost of the room and had to look for another hotel.I would actually like to recommend the hotel because I think the concept is great. Unfortunately, the concept is only as good as the technology installed and its maintenance. I am fully aware that technology can sometimes fail, but if the staff is not able to help quickly and successfully, the best technology is of no use.The operator should therefore work to be able to react more effectively in the event of disruptions. For now, I can recommend booking to those who have no problem finding other (possibly more expensive) accommodation at short notice.

This hotel has no staff whatsoever. Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. there isn't even a telephone number. We got there at 10:15pm and our room access code didn't work. No one could help us, we were forced to go to another hotel even though the rooms had already been paid for. They want to check as a gesture of goodwill whether we can be reimbursed for the accommodation costs...We received a new room access code for the next day, which again didn't work. By phone we were directed to a box in the hotel with a master key. This box also couldn't be opened at first; we were only able to open the box after using some force. and remove the master key. Like us, there were other guests whose PIN codes also didn't work. Apart from the cleaning staff, we didn't see any hotel employees for the entire two days.About the rooms: There is no soap in the rooms, no counter space in the shower, the beds are not made, there are no options to purchase drinks, not even a vending machine.

We only found out after booking that you are only allowed to check in if you are 25 years old. It wasn't on the website or in the email! No matter how many times you call, you can't get through. How am I supposed to cancel the booking in time??!

Actually there is 0.0 to complain about: Nice, large and clean room in a relatively new building, parking spaces in the underground car park. The location of the hotel is also good, close to Audi (which I was able to visit) and also close to the city center, each about 1.5km away.I deducted one star for the service because there is no staff at all. To make it clear: everything worked, even when I queried it over the phone, someone went straight away and answered my question. But I simply prefer a reception staffed by a human at all times. On the other hand, you can also save money with such a measure and the room price was really okay for the all-in-all performance.
