I was there one night without breakfast. The room is very nice, small but nice. The bathroom was clean and nice, the shower was pleasant. The reception staff were very friendly. Of course the hotel is a bit secluded, but that also makes it significantly cheaper. That's why I decided to do it. I would come again

Very good hotel. Good location, just a few minutes away from the city centre using the metro/subway. The rooms were a very decent size. Breakfast is good for its price. Staff is short but very helpful and nice. A good option to consider when coming back to Munich

The "fitness room" consists of 4 machines that are located directly at the entrance door in front of glazed walls, which no one uses. The service is ok, the email request for online check-in is very pushy and doesn't end after the check-in has been carried out, you have to specify the whole thing again on site. The breakfast area is extremely small and narrow, the room is relatively new and was ok so far.

Checking in was very uncomplicated, you could do this online and then had a mobile key on your cell phone for the room door and other doors, such as the underground car park, etc.The underground parking space costs €12 for 24 hours, which in my opinion is completely reasonable.Unfortunately, the room was very cold and couldn't be heated up because cold air was constantly flowing in through a ventilation slot. The floor was and remained ice cold, which was a shame!The faucet in the small kitchen was also completely broken - it wasn't even in the holder anymore but was wobbling around there.The bathroom, on the other hand, was small but nice. The shower is barrier-free and contains a rain shower and a normal shower head. The hotel also provided shower products and soap.It was also very cold in the hallways and smelled unpleasant.The breakfast was very, very tasty. They had a large selection of cheese, meat, different variations of eggs, juices, pastries etc.Unfortunately, the cut fruits in the bowl didn't taste good at all, they had probably been there for a long time, or at least that's how it tasted.The hotel staff was very, very friendly!

My partner and I had a week booked in Germany (Frankfurt and Munich). Unfortunately just before our travel, both of us got sick and we had to cancel. We were coming from Spain and we had 3 flights and 2 hotels booked for over 1000€.Although Booking.com had the option to change dates there was not a single available date, not even for a year later. It showed not available even though you could see availability if you were just searching for the hotel (not as changing dates).We requested a cancellation with waiving the fee as a goodwill (Booking.com allows you to do this as a self service) but also sent them a private message to explain our situation. We had covid, we didn’t want to cancel for fun. They never replied to the message but rejected our free cancellation request without any note.We then contacted Booking.com customer service to help us, we told them we’d be happy to just change dates as we were still happy to come at a later date so we wouldn’t loose our money.They came back to us the same day saying they actually had to go through hoops, they first called the hotel, have spoken with Som, from the reservations team who requested for an email indicating the request. So they sent them an email which the hotel immediately responded that they have consulted the request with their higher management who remains unyielding with their previous decision.I understand we booked with a non refundable rate, but not even allowing a date change feels harsh and shows no care whatsoever. I don’t even think they consulted anything with management as the decision came back almost immediately from Booking.com customer service. It feels like they even made them going through those hoops out of fun.Based on the reviews I read here I am not even surprised, there is plenty comments on their rude customer service and it is clear that the hotel hides behind their “strict policy” excuse and has no flexibility at all in unforeseen circumstances. Customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be their priority. Safe to say we definitely not going to choose them for our visit in the future.Ps: Booking was made under my partner’s name not mine in case they would accuse me of not having a booking.

The hotel is absolutely great the front desk man named “Marcus” and the younger gentleman in the breakfast are absolutely rude.There was a language barrier and the gentleman in the breakfast couldn’t understand us didn’t and didn’t even want to try just got upset and almost flagrant I can tell you I will never be back to this hotel.Marcus proceeded to defend him even after the gentleman rudely commented “You are wasting my time ! “All this for a set of glasses that we were going to use for a bottle of water that we purchased here at the hotel.If the area is off limits after breakfast a simple sign stating that or even courting the area off people would simply know that the area is not to be used.I travel for work I’ve been to over 50 countries. I can tell you if I need to send engineers out for travel due to this experience I will avoid Maseven Hotels.

The room was modernly furnished, but the toilet was not clean. Which in my opinion isn't possible at all. When you asked at reception whether you could still clean the toilet, they said all the cleaning staff had already left. That won't happen until tomorrow. In the morning I let them know that we were leaving the hotel room to go into the city. The man at the reception assured us that by the time we got back the toilet problem would be fixed. However, when we returned, we saw that the bathroom had been cleaned again. However, the toilet seat was still not clean. After further inquiries at reception, it was finally resolved half an hour later. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is not acceptable because the toilet has to be clean. As compensation we got a free beer. SUPER :(. The breakfast was sufficient, but there were few places to sit, so you had to be lucky to find a place. The location of the hotel was fine.

We can agree with most of the reviews positively. There is a star deduction for the incorrect room description on Booking.com, which the hotel cannot control, which is why we got a room without a kitchen and it couldn't be rebooked because everything was fully booked.Cash payers have drawn a lottery here, as everything is done exclusively via card payment...The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, it is neither too little nor too varied.The location is also ok as there are both bus and subway connections.
