We had a beautiful relaxing time at the Starnbergersee hideaway hotel. The place is quite, very cozy and super beautiful views. The staff are super friendly specially Leandro and Baki were so helpful and made everything to please us.The rooms are elegant, the lobby and restaurant area is also very classy. It’s a very good choice if you would like a little getaway. The only comment is to enhance the breakfast more with hot dishes, and control the silverfish and bugs in the room.

Exceptional Hideaway!Great location and very nice house right on Lake Starnberg! The reception was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The other rooms also convey an extraordinary, relaxed atmosphere! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and in sufficient quantity! The employee was also very attentive and could read your thoughts from your face. Finally: we came with our larger four-legged friend and he was also very welcome - after registering in advance! The housekeeper then quickly brought a larger “bed” when she saw our dog! There were also bowls, treats and a can of dog food for him in the room. Very attentive! All in all a highly recommended hotel to feel good! We'd love to come back!

We did not stay, only went to the restaurant, but my goodness was it a wonderful experience. Exquisite food but it was the service that really made us thrilled - a total character, knew exactly how to serve, was so kind and generous. We will be back… many times!

A nice hotel which unfortunately has some deficiencies. The rooms are very nice but unfortunately too noisy, you can hear everything that goes on in the next room... our room was on the ground floor in the basement and through the bathroom window I heard noises from outside and people smoking from my window. That's not appropriate for a hotel like this. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed, I would say absolutely overwhelmed. A lady named Anna Maria served us in a very friendly manner, but I have to say that everyone was friendly but, as I said, totally overwhelmed because they all had everything to do. This included the reception, the bar, the service and probably also the kitchen. We also complained that every morning during coffee or breakfast every cup of coffee was brought to the table, which is not good for the environment. How are the employees supposed to manage this? The owners should think about putting a coffee machine there so that the employees can take some of the workload off, which would of course benefit the guests.Otherwise, the hotel is in a very nice location and the bar is also very cozy in the evenings. We will consider coming again.Otherwise, we hope that the staff, who were very friendly towards us, will see an improvement.

Get out of everyday life for a moment. This is achieved here with a long breakfast with a view of the lake, a glass of red wine in the cozy Chesterfield sofa in the lounge and a good book, a relaxing massage from …

I spent 8 nights at Hideaway Starnberg in the summer. My room was a pleasant size, had high ceilings and, thanks to the absence of carpets and pictures, had the comfort of a waiting room. …

Very nice hotel in a great location, right on the lake with a kick-off. Very nice lounge area. The rooms are nice, but you can't look too closely into the corners ;-)Very flexible and uncomplicated service. When I asked to charge my car, I was offered an extension cable and a parking space directly at the main entrance within reach of the socket. That's what I call service, it's fun, thank you again 😊

Winnie tried very hard to make our booking perfect in advance and was always friendly. Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the lake as well as a bathtub in the room. We also had our dog with us, two bowls and a basket were prepared for him. Baki made our dinner including evening at the bar and breakfast perfect with his open, funny and friendly manner. The food was excellent, morning and evening. We can only warmly recommend everything.
