Convenient because it is close to the bus, metro and tram station which take you directly to the city centre. The area is peripheral with offices, companies and nothing else. A small REWE supermarket is present near the station with some public businesses, all strictly closed in the late afternoon, on Sundays and holidays. the Hotel has generous common areas, modernly furnished. Good breakfast with a wide sweet/savoury offer, the dessert offer could be improved with cakes for example. Friendly and professional staff. Room large enough, clean and equipped with everything you need. Covered garage for a fee on site, although I find charging almost €10 a night for a motorbike a little excessive. Many hotels, even international chains, do not charge for motorbikes or offer a symbolic rate. There is little possibility of out-of-hours snacks with an offer of only savory snacks such as packaged chips or packaged sweets and this can be a problem at unconventional times, considering that there is nothing else available in the area.

Despite requesting it, they do not provide extra pillows, the ones they have are uncomfortable and small. It happened to several people in the group.

Despite Oktoberfest, we paid very normal prices here. We were warmly greeted at reception and given a nice room. The only problem I had was the slightly small size of the bed. I'm also not a fan of a continuous mattress, but of course that's a matter of taste. 😃

Rooms were too dark - poor lighting. Spartan furniture with only one chair. Desk was too small. Excellent breakfast selections. Good location near S7 and U5.

Unfriendly staff!! The staff really needs to be trained, the unprofessional employee at the reception with such a statement is really a no-go. In general there was no communication with the hotel. A catastrophe during a phone call because of an unjustified no show fee. They seriously tried to sell me loyalty and explained to me that I shouldn't book through Booking in the future and then it wouldn't be a problem. I'm still waiting for a correct invoice! It's a shame for this hotel chain. I don't recommend this hotel for this front desk staff to anyone, this goes straight into the blacklist

We stayed here as a couple during Octoberfest. The cleanliness and size of the rooms were sufficient. They were coming very early to clean the room. It was 35 minutes to the center by public transportation.

It's such an old, dirty place that a renovation might have made sense 20 years ago. Not anymore. Break off and start again. The corridor to the room is long, dirty and smelly. The room itself dark, small, stuffy and just plain old. Time and time again the door card refuses, so that after 3 days I walk around with about 10 of those things to make sure I can get in at once. Bathroom with shower in a bath only suitable for dwarfs, although they will see that it is not too clean. You can see through towels. What a misery.
