Super nice hosts, a great team and everything with attention to detail. We felt at home from the first moment. The restaurant is also highly recommended. Rooms in the hotel were very nice, large and clean. Good facilities. We'd love to come back.

We only ate in the restaurant. We liked the rooms, dignified ambience, clean, beautiful and harmoniously decorated. We enjoyed the food very much. Professional and friendly service. Prices okay. It's a shame that we only discovered the restaurant on our last day of stay.What we saw from the hotel convinced us. The next time we go to the area we want to stay there overnight too.New review:We have now spent 1 week in the hotel. We were in your restaurant on September 4th, 2024. Rarely have we eaten so good (chanterelle cream soup, carrot-ginger soup, fried pak choi, pork nedallion, fjord salmon). We had reserved in advance, but arrived far too early. No problem. We were received extremely warmly. The atmosphere was very cozy and romantic. The waiter was very competent and very friendly, but also relaxed and funny. He knows his job, knows what he's doing and makes us guests feel like princesses and princes. The food was really delicious and the service from this waiter was a dream. Accordingly, the tip was very good. Very good hotel! Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service - we were greeted warmly and our wishes were taken into consideration attentively. The bartender in the restaurant is simply great, and the cocktails are highly recommended. I'd love to come back.

Would 10 points also work? Wow, super nice staff, no matter what time of day, modern and extremely clean rooms, you can sleep really well at night, great breakfast, food in the restaurant and drinks at the bar, that just fits perfectly. Plus the great location. That's it for me By far the best hotel I've ever been in. Thanks to the team, we'll definitely see each other again.

Booked for one night for a girlfriends weekend based on a friend's positive stories.Although we didn't use everything the hotel offered, I felt at home from the first second at reception.The rooms are clean and very comfortably furnished.The breakfast buffet is fresh and plentiful. The service was very attentive.I'll definitely come back.

Good morning! I true with a company trip there, only 1 night! Rooms are large and modern, a bit dirty and moldy silicone, but ok! Service was partly ok, we had done it a bit longer and were rudely asked to finish it in a rough tone. She didn't feel like doing it any longer at the end of the day! Once you can work overtime for the guest! Otherwise everything is ok, the beach and sea are nearby! Good hotel! Plenty of fresh breakfast. Thanks for the stay

The rooms are great and clean with soft beds. But the bathrooms are small that is why I gave it 4/5. The service was good but they would not tell me the brand of the sherry wine they offer you when you check in. It's the best wine I have ever tasted. So that is why I gave them 4/5 on service. Location is 5/5 as it is under 10 minute walk and they have parking at the Hotel.

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the hotel; our rating only applies to the restaurant where my husband and I ate during our short vacation.The atmosphere is modern and appealing. The reception and the entire service were also very friendly and accommodating.We didn't have to wait 5 minutes for our drinks, as a gift from the house we were given small lye wedges with Himalayan salt butter as a starter, which was very tasty.For the main courses, we both chose the plaice fillet "Finkenwerder Style", which we only had to wait a few minutes after ordering, apparently everything was already prepared. Unfortunately, the plaice fillet was a bit "fried" because it was really hard on the edge and dry on the inside. The bacon cubes, on the other hand, were very tasty and, like the fried potatoes, well fried. The dish was accompanied by a fresh, mixed salad with a delicious dressing.All in all, the dish was ok, but the amount on the plate was very manageable for 22.80 euros per portion.Because we had both drinks and food on the table just 15 minutes after ordering, it was one of the shortest restaurant visits we've ever had, because after a total of 50 minutes we had already paid!

I don't know if there are fake reviews or people don't know real quality, but we didn't experience a hotel here that would justify a 4.7 rating.The staff was partly very nice, partly grumpy and unfriendly. Food is simply bad. Breakfast coffee thin. There was no other way, the machine was “fixed” etc.

We had lost our cat and needed a printer to print out flyers. The manager and concierge printed out 20 color flyers for us without charging us a single penny. Great to get such help!By the way, we have our cat back in the meantime :)

Cozy modernized hotel.We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Graf Bentinck. Our room was spacious, modern and cozy. It was clean and the third sleeping space was created by a fairly wide fold-out couch.But the employees were a particular highlight. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. There is a small but fine selection of muesli, egg dishes, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables.The dinner was also very tasty and the service was consistently friendly and attentive.The menu is home-style, the children's menu has the usual classics.A special highlight for me in the restaurant: the bookshelf. Not only does it create a cozy atmosphere, it also has a nice selection of books, picture books and games.The hotel is quietly located in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from the beach.Everything else (spring pool, harbor, etc.) is within walking distance.
