Very clean and cozy house, but absolutely no hospitality. The voice tone/ forced smile - you can feel right away that the host is the boss and she made you a favour to stay at her property.Another thing which was not okay - she made up the rules that weren’t listed on platform we booked the room at.We made a reservation at 21.00, drove all the way to the house without stops, arrived at 22.15, which supposed to be alright since the check in was allowed until 23.30. Almost at arrival we got a message that she is closing the front door at 22.00. No any late check in instructions were given or any other option, just message that she is about to close the front door. I don’t know what she expected us to do with this information, but we got stressed a lot. We were 7 mins away and didn’t have energy to search for another hotel.We came at the same time with two other cars, it was no any signs at the house and it was a bit confusing in darkness.The host showed us the bathroom, our room, strictly pointed on check out time 10.00 am which was also different from the original conditions, and left. As I understood you have very limited access to the kitchen, we didn’t get a chance to see it upon arrival (she didn’t show it to us) nor in the morning, since we woke up at 9.50 and left as soon as possible.Next time I won’t choose bed&breakfast option to avoid suchlike experience.And I do not recommend this place especially for over night stay.

I didn't feel welcome. Situation: we checked in independently because the hostess was sick. Based on the description of the common rooms, we took the liberty of using them. The four of us ate outside and later watched TV. The hostess later came into the room, visibly confused and annoyed. She explained instructively that only the rooms were available. So… we apologized several times and retreated. It's a shame that I let myself be guided by the good reviews...Ute seemed to have a problem with foreign tourists. Most of the good reviews are from fellow Germans. Even though I spoke in complete German sentences, she seemed overwhelmed. She answered poorly and brokenly, gesticulating heavily. The second guest (only English speaking) received our assistance to check in, as Ute's instructions were only in German.

Very good B&B in a quiet residential area. The hostess is very nice, the breakfast is good, the mattresses are new. Guests share a bathroom. Internet access is good. They also welcome cyclists.A good and inexpensive alternative to accommodation in Celle (12 km away).

Highly recommended accommodation! Very tastefully designed rooms, lovingly prepared breakfast, very quiet surroundings and above all a kind-hearted hostess. Ute is a real treasure and it feels a bit like coming home. Thank you for a wonderful, very special stay!The location is also ideal for trips to the surrounding area or a little further away.

Only stayed here for one night on the way home. Super cozy house, rooms well furnished (firetv stick on the TV, so you can watch your favorite series before sleeping) clean bathroom (shared by all 3 rooms).We didn't order breakfast, but the super friendly Ute said goodbye with a coffee and a bit of chatterbox. Will definitely stop by again!
