Centrally located. This causes noise pollution, which the hotel knows how to alleviate by providing earplugs in the room. We felt very comfortable here

Our room was lovely and clean, the bathroom was very small but everything in it was clean and working. Location within walking distance to both the train station and city. We had a very nice 2 days in Bremen and would highly recommend both the hotel and city.

Weir had a room on the 4th floor that had probably not been renovated for at least 20 years. Dark and with a view of the inner courtyard. We were able to move the next day

Good and cheap for the top location in Bremen. The hotel is a bit old but very clean. Breakfast was good.Parking garage next to it. 25 euros a day!!!!

If you are expecting best western quality, you will be wrong. It is more like an apart hotel. Location-wise, you are close to everywhere in the center with short walks. But the hotel is weak in terms of accommodation. Reception is very indifferent and sullen, even simple questions remain unanswered. The hotel building consists of 2 blocks, so they are not connected to each other. They did not help in any way when 2 children, 2 adults were dragged between blocks with 4 suitcases. After check-in, they even bothered to give us directions, we were literally dragged between blocks.Breakfast is in another block, the rooms are on the 1st floor. There is no passage in the other block, which is like an apart room that has nothing to do with the hotel. You have to go down to the lobby and go to the next section.There are no supplies other than soap in the bathrooms. low level of cleanliness

Fine for one night. The rooms are small and very noisy and the furnishings are a bit older. The proximity to the train station is ideal and there are many small eateries in the area. The Irish pub invites you to enjoy a cozy beer. However, you don't feel particularly comfortable outside as there are many smaller foreign groups out and about. This is my personal perception and is not intended to express any prejudice, but one should be a little careful.

Good central location, renovated but a bit outdated. Room and bathroom were clean.The point of criticism is the bed and pillows. The bed was as hard as a board and the pillows were as if they were inflated, so you definitely can't sleep properly 🛌Why is this always such a problem in Germany? Saves the cosmetics and the disgusting coffee in the room and focuses on what the guest really needs - a decent BED WITH DECENT FEATURES...

the hotel has a convenient location to the center. the rooms are large, reminiscent of an apartment, there is a small kitchen. unfortunately the windows let in a lot of sounds and you can hear all the drunken screams from the street. the rooms are poorly cleaned, the toilet with the lid were stained with shit.

I would like to give an assessment solely on the behavior of the staff in relation to an incident. Unfortunately, a friend of mine was refused check-in without any explanation. When she asked for an explanation and a refund, she was rudely expelled from the house and treated in a disrespectful manner.Of particular concern is the fact that she was insulted because of her gender identity. The expression “Get out, you tranny, no one wants you here” was uttered by a receptionist. As a result of this discrimination, the police had to be called to investigate the incident. Additionally, the receptionist appeared to have randomly created an email claiming to be denying her access without any substantiated reason to support this.

Our apartment was clean and functional. Very good location right next to the train station and within walking distance to everything in the old town. Recommended for a short trip or for business, although it is a bit noisy at night as the windows are not well insulated. We had breakfast in town. The staff was very friendly

The rooms look very old and run down, lots of signs of wear.The windows could not be opened and closed properly or were broken. The shower stall was rusty and moldy.Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable.

Got the wrong information in the email about the price of stretcher dogs. It was twice as expensive as promised in the email conversation with the hotel. 30 euros for two dogs per night is perhaps a bit expensive.

I have a single room from December 22nd in April. – Booked December 26, 2024. Yesterday I received an email saying that the house would be open on December 22nd. would be closed and I should cancel the booking. In this respect, I can't judge the house itself, but I think that the customer friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. No alternative date was suggested to me (e.g. that I couldn't arrive until December 23rd) and there was not a word of apology or regret. And I couldn't understand why I should cancel the booking now. I booked online directly with the hotel and the staff could have made the cancellation. I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels and bookings. It was definitely my first and last booking at this hotel. It's a shame that you have to give at least one star. That's actually too much.
