First of all, I am a person who attaches great importance to service and cleanliness and I love the charm of good materials that retain their quality timelessly. This Maritim is such a friendly, so clean house that I'm just happy to have booked there. It's a house from a good time. Chandeliers, wooden furniture, large rooms, a stately entrance with lobby. Everything as I appreciate it. We booked the breakfast buffet one day. Here we experienced the service of a 5 star hotel. Well-trained staff, attentive, friendly and competent. For many people, breakfast has everything they need. Omelette and other egg dishes can be ordered. Pancakes and scrambled eggs from the buffet are not recommended. Aside from the coffee machine, those would really be the only points of criticism. The house is close to the main train station and trade fair. The city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. We'll definitely be back.

Great hotel, great location, you can reach everything on foot. E.g. at the moment the Freimarkt, the train station and the city center.A large park called Bürgerpark for taking a walk is directly opposite.The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating, the rooms are clean and modernly furnished.The only thing that bothered us was the price of breakfast.Of course the selection is very good but over 50 euros for two people is a lot of money.

The room was clean and tidy. The beds very comfortable.However, parking in and around the hotel was very difficult and you didn't really get any help from the hotel staff. I was just told to park in a residential area nearby as it would be safe. Since I don't know the area, I didn't think that was right. Besides, the sound also makes the music. The so-called hotel parking lot is only on one level with far too few spaces.The city center is about 20-25 minutes on foot from the hotel, but you can easily take the bus. There is a stop directly at the hotel.

The staff was unfriendly, annoyed, bad pronunciation, things were poorly explained. They couldn't answer our questions about the surrounding area and sights and seemed annoyed. You could only check in from 3 p.m. …

Central location, but otherwise absolutely outdated. Rooms clean, but absolutely outdated. There are no drinks in the room either, you have to go to the machine downstairs. Bathrobes also have to be paid for in order to rent them. We often stay in hotels, but the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. Feels more like a trip back in time. The staff is trying hard, but today there were bottles everywhere in the lobby. Nobody came, even though there was someone at the reception who we had spoken to about food two minutes before. All in all, it's more of an experience.

I will NEVER go to this hotel AGAIN! I spent two nights there. I couldn't sleep because the ventilation couldn't be turned off. You can turn off the air conditioning, but not the ventilation. It was bad! Completely tired, in a place that should be suitable for sleeping. The reception only said that they knew that it was very noisy in these rooms from the ventilation and that this must be because of the mold in the bathroom!?? An incomprehensible answer! I didn't get another room. The gentleman said that they didn't care if I wrote a bad review since they had enough room nights??? Unbelievable!

Good hotel, I expected a little more attention from a hotel of this class but it seems generally good. The staff is friendly and I think in a good mood. There were also charging options for my id7. However, blocking fees from the provider may apply after a full charge. Remember!
