Coming from the Gallimarkt in Leer and continuing to and north: The address is absolutely great, especially for Deutschlandticket users who travel by bus and train. The automatically check-in rooms await you directly at Georgsheil ZOB - the limit for the check-in time for me was only the last bus arrival time at 8.30 p.m. The rooms are very well heated and have instant hot water (really important in autumn and winter), modernly furnished with a kitchenette (stove rings, fridge, coffee maker, sink), working TV and private bathroom with shower. Plus the view of the vast countryside of East Frisia - top price-performance ratio!

Checking in without on-site staff is ok, but only if you receive the required email with room number and code (we weren't the only ones who didn't get this). The room was right near the entrance where there are snack machines, which was great! Every beer bottle pulled could be heard as well as the remaining money being thrown out.Very noisy, when the person next to me was in the toilet, it was always a pleasure to hear it.The shower hose was patched with adhesive tape, so that the bathroom flooded when showering. In my opinion it's not worth the money, even if it's cheap. However, I would like to mention that the room was clean and sufficiently furnished. There was only one knife in the cutlery drawer, which should be seen when cleaned, just like the shower hose.

We didn't expect much, but what we found was anything but acceptable (we booked 2 rooms for 4 people as a family, but left after just one night because we couldn't feel comfortable here at all). …

Accommodation for migrant workers! The room without blackout of the windows! Bedsheets dirty (black hairs obvious)! Black hair on the floor everywhere in the bathroom! The corners are dirty! The Kneipp treatment is included in the shower! From ice cold to the risk of burns, the water switches the temperature on its own!Suddenly a strange man stands in the room and claims it was booked by him and that I had to leave immediately! A few minutes later another man tries to gain entry! He also had a room confirmation with the same access code! I then put my suitcase and chair outside the door for the night! If someone else tries to get into the room at night! The pans and pots belong in the trash! Only the fridge was clean and actually worked! You could already see from the windows that they don't take cleaning very seriously there! And not that I was an isolated case - as I was assured! In the parking lot I met other travelers who had exactly the same thing happen! Another guest wanted to come into the room! It was explained to them that it was due to the booking portals that rooms were overbooked! Only the room code comes from the operator of Boardinghouse and not from Booking, Trivago, HRS etc.I cannot recommend this house.

Heating defective and heats at 30 degrees. Very noisy, no fly screens in the forest. But clean. Complaint will not be processed. Cheap or cheap 😏 when I messaged that the heating was defective, an employee supposedly only noticed that the pipe was warm. Yes, no, it's clear that the accommodation will never be available again...

Well what can you say about this place!Nothing hugely complimentary thats for sure.I've stayed here while working on the offshore wind farms by Norddeich, 15km away for 8 weeks this summer and I would have rather have been in jail. The water that comes out of the taps has a lovey brown shade to it and a "interesting" earthy taste, ok for showering and washing with but don't make a coffee with it, I bought bottled!Rooms are basically furnished cheap bottom range IKEA , fridge, kettle, 2 ring hob, table dining chair and armchair but oh the bed is backachingly soft and underneath is filthy, not been cleaned for a long time.Do you like insects?Namely flies and mosquitoes? These have been a big problem here, so much so, you cannot leave windows open at night to ventilate the room or you get eaten alive. The amount of dead insects and spiders webs in the communal areas is incredible! This place is also full of contractors, as it is cheap accommodation for companies, guys who get up very early for work, we're up at 03.30 so if you're here for a relaxing stay bring ear plugs!Bathrooms are pretty basic, the shower curtains don't prevent the water flooding the bathroom floor because they don't actually reach the shower tray as the curtain rail is set too high.Kitchen cupboard doors keep falling off and the hot water supply is either arctic blast or so Fukushima nuclear you jump out of the shower like a scalded cat with 3rd degree burns. On the plus side the wifi is free and a pretty decent speed and the car park is adequate but gets very full.As for security there isn't any the place is wide open with no reception staff just a phone number to get your room key code, which you type in on the pad, see photos. We fortunately have not had any problems with any break ins but we have noticed since staying here multiple times over the summer the key codes haven't been changed! All in all this is adequate for workers but if you want a romantic getaway for two that'll ultimately lead to divorce this is the place for you!

An absolutely suitable accommodation for me as I was attending a celebration nearby. It's completely sufficient for an overnight stay or a weekend, but everyone sees it individually; everything you need is there, including for self-tasting. There are vending machines for snacks, sweets and drinks in the entrance area. There are enough parking spaces behind the house.
