Very nice staff, delicious and high quality food. Sometimes the waiters take a long time to deliver the order. Furthermore, the restaurant is centrally located and easy to reach.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Were received very well there. Breakfast was always enough to choose from. Overall, it was really nice to stay there or rent a room.

We went here for lunch for my mother's 90th birthday. We had pre-ordered a menu and it was described as absolutely fresh and excellent. Unfortunately it was a huge failure! The beef was absolutely overcooked, tough and dry! The vegetables were unseasoned and some of the fruit in the dessert had brown edges! Unfortunately it was very disappointing as we had already eaten well here!

A wonderful overnight staySuper nice reception. All the employees and especially the boss and her husband are super nice. You can't find it better. The hotel management was successful. Great room facilities and everything was clean. The breakfast was very plentiful, varied, fresh and totally delicious. The beautiful garden is another highlight.

We were able to take part in a perfectly organized birthday party at the “Löwen” and we were thrilled. About the food, the hotel rooms, the family atmosphere, the almost loving interaction on an equal level between the boss and the employees, some of whom have been there for ages and have a decisive influence on the whole thing... I almost miss them a little Words, we haven't experienced something like this for a long time. Thank you from Aachen, as we all know, you always see each other twice in your life. 😀🤗

We organized both the celebration of our civil and church wedding at the Hotel zum Löwen with the Wietig family in Langelsheim.Overall we were very happy with everything! Of course, not everything always goes smoothly, for example when it comes to service, but I find that to be normal when you cater for larger parties/celebrations.Food, decoration, service and Mr. and Mrs. Wietig themselves - everything was great!

Over 20 years ago, the boss Thomas and his crew hosted our wedding and we stayed in his hotel with our family. These 5 days are unforgettable and we are still grateful to these hard-working people for the wonderful time. A year later we were there for a short visit and if I read the recent reviews, we will soon be staying at the Löwen again. Greetings to the boss and the team from the boys from Gran Canaria.
