We are regular guests at this hotel, the rooms are great and modern. Parking spaces and underground parking are nice, but not free, but the price is adequate for the city center. The staff has always been nice and friendly. The free minibar in the room is a service that we really appreciate. In the area surrounding the hotel there are supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries and restaurants and snack bars, which make a stay very pleasant.Our individual wishes were always taken into account when booking.We were only disappointed by the very high price of the breakfast at €25 per person. for dry rolls and sausage. We tried it on two of our stays, but are now switching to nearby bakeries and cafes.Unfortunately, the breakfast time slot does not fit the "fancy" concept, which applies until 2 p.m. during late checkout; breakfast is only between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. That doesn't suit me personally. I would rather have breakfast just before my late departure.

Completely built hotel. The floor corridors...horrible!The rooms are furnished in an extremely spartan manner (almost clinical). Feel-good factor is zero!The foyer (reception) and the seating there always look like a burger joint. There are dirty dishes, empty paper cups and other rubbish on the tables. Since the guests have to get the coffee themselves anyway (absolutely incompatible with the price of the overnight stay), the staff probably assumes that the guests can then put it away themselves.I was downstairs in the foyer three times in one day and wanted to drink coffee. Nothing!! That basically means; Nobody cares that there is always coffee and that order and cleanliness is ensured.The young staff at reception was and is visibly overwhelmed. Empathy or empathy for individual situations........ none! Not a friendly face, not a kind word. You try desperately to do everything right and still make mistakes (which is completely okay. Anyone who works also makes mistakes)! But there was "a" young lady at the reception in the afternoon who not only forgot to code the card for the room. 6 other guests (1 married couple and 4 single men) reported the same thing down in the foyer.The guest has the mishap. Go back downstairs with your suitcases (and the distance to the rooms can be very long), stand in line at reception and wait for your turn. The young lady was busy; So to the young colleague. He coded the card and handed it to me with the words: "You have to see if it works now"!! Not a word of apology, no attempt to possibly protect the colleague (she's still new here or something)... nothing. Nothing at all!I installed metal in the left leg from top to heel. It really wasn't funny for me!!But there are still POSITIVE things to report:The rooms were very clean. The ladies from the cleaning staff ALL spoke English, so that communication could take place (unfortunately it is no longer normal for people to speak German in cleaning these days).Furthermore, a lot of young people work there. That's positive, that's to be welcomed!But....... dear responsible managers: please train these young people properly!! I only met 1 (ONE) trained professional there. The other staff are lateral newcomers. Gladly, why not!!But then please train properly and don't just "look at it" after 2 days and throw it straight into the deep end. According to the motto ; “Oh, she can do it”!!Then it just rains down negative criticism!2 ladies/waitresses in the bar: both ladies are young. And yet: both ladies are very accommodating, both ladies are very friendly and both ladies understand and master their field of work!It works.......

Chic hotel, room, bathroom and shower nice and new. Only breakfast at 25 euros was too expensive in our opinion, so we didn't book it. Noisy at night because it's on the main street. Bedding is way too thick for my taste.

Tesla destination chargers don't work and there is no compensation. Hotel was booked specifically because of Charger.

The. Room was good and clean. The staff is friendly, unfortunately €5 for a small Pils is already outrageous. Unfortunately I have to say that breakfast was disappointing. The rolls were dry and hard. Juice wasn't replenished, the staff's cell phones were probably more important.

Small, nice room very central.TV doesn't work. Otherwise quite OK. The breakfast buffet was quite good so that many guests got their turn at the same time without having to wait long. The barrier can only be opened with a bell

We had booked time for the trade fair, we didn't know. Accordingly, the overnight price was certainly much higher than usual. We had a suite on the 5th floor. Loveless room, furniture slowly getting old. We were able to use the mini bar for free. Location of the hotel is very good. There are paid parking spaces in the underground car park. When we checked in, we didn't receive any information about the hotel or our stay, but the guest in front of us did. This is absolutely not possible!

Disappointing!At €24 per person for breakfast, there were rolls that were old and hard like rusks, and the coffee machine was broken or set incorrectly.In the deluxe room you could only watch ARD and ZDF on television. Apparently it was due to the wind in Hanover (it was almost non-existent) the next day there were still only 2 channels.It actually took two attempts to report it to the reception until the staff took care of the error and solved it through simple handling (removing the fuse briefly).The small information signs that are attached to the refrigerator or the toilet door (caution: danger of explosion) are nice.The room was neat and clean, but very simply furnished for deluxe. That makes you wonder what the standard rooms are like.
