Old and dilapidated furniture. WiFi signal not even strong enough to be recognized by devices. Bathroom in need of renovation, cracked tiles etc. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. And all for an above-average price.

This hotel is unintentionally creepy...there's a gruesome wax figure in the entrance - I screamed out loud in shock when I walked in. The style of the furniture is not contemporary and leaves a somewhat spooky impression. We spent a night there as a group and we all had a bad feeling. The front door was locked (even though reception is staffed) and there was a "broken" sign on the bell - so we had to knock loudly to get our attention. My room was clean, but a lot of things were broken and some things were listlessly "repaired". The rooms were extremely noisy (I could hear guests peeing above me). There were definitely at least 8 WiFi accesses, none of which worked. The fire alarms in our rooms were removed - one of two emergency exits was locked, so you would need a key to get out of the building in an emergency. The bathroom was so old - everything seemed like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. The doorstop was simply stuck to the wall with adhesive tape; old plastic parts from previous soap dispensers were still hanging broken on the wall. There was very little water pressure coming out of the shower. In the dining room, 80% of the light bulbs didn't work, so you sat in the dark. The entrance is full of dusty, old-fashioned knick-knacks, figurines, plates, plastic flowers. And then I was told on the phone that my single room cost 56.00. The bill then surprised me with 65.00. My colleagues paid up to 90 for one night for a “double room for a single room price”. You really can't ask for that for such equipment. The breakfast is inexpensive, but only has a small selection (the cold cuts are almost exclusively sausage, there were no vegetables at all). Adjacent to the breakfast room, the staff smokes on the winter garden balcony during mealtime. A quick look into the garden showed garbage and unkempt plants. The staff was reasonably friendly, but also behaved a little "creepy".If my employer hadn't paid, I would have simply refused to stay there and would have simply checked in somewhere else.

Located in an industrial area... construction site in front of the house, so getting there is a bit complicated...

The hotel is very simple, the furniture looks like it was built in the 90s. But the rooms are neat, clean and large. The mattress is soft, currently. There is a construction site in front of the door, i.e. quiet all night until around 6.30 a.m.The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is attentive. If you called before 8 p.m., check-in after 8 p.m. was also possible, great.

I had bugs in the bed and reported them straight away in the morning. Unfortunately, this request was not taken into account and excuses were sought. Not recommended at all.The young man at breakfast was very nice and helpful.

The hotel "Zum Stresemann" is located somewhat decentralized in the industrial area - the bus stop is nearby. The reception was friendly and helpful - the suitcase was brought to the room. …
