We celebrated New Year's Eve here. From check in to check out everything was perfect. A big thank you goes to the entire service staff, who were extremely committed to looking after everyone. The DJ was also very well chosen. 👍 Thank you for your efforts with the guest

Super friendly staff. No matter what concerns you have, the staff will try to organize everything or know how to clarify it. Even taxis can be ordered through reception. It is a somewhat remote conference hotel, but super nice, very beautiful in nature which invites you to go hiking.

Simple accommodation (standard is roughly equivalent to a youth hostel, pack a hairdryer and toiletries!). Quiet, somewhat remote and beautiful environment. Delicious home cooking and very friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Small rooms, enough for the necessities.Staff super friendly and motivated even in the morning. The hotel is just a little away from Goslar and can only be reached via forest paths. But everything is in the green.

A somewhat outdated conference hotel in a fantastic location above Goslar. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. We were there for a conference, the food was great and vegans and people with intolerances were also adequately catered for. My room was in the renovated part of the complex, it was small but completely sufficient for one night. The view out the window in the morning would have made up for everything anyway.

I wasn't that impressed with the barrel hotel. Hot during the day, cold at night and tons of insects because it is a large meadow on the edge of the forest. The food was so tasty that I got a second helping, but it was a bit too expensive and unfortunately there was only normal coffee.

Romantic, rustic and a surprisingly nice and firm mattress. Only the pillow was bad and seemed to consist only of air. However, if you need a lot of space when sleeping, you will be annoyed because the beds are very narrow. The breakfast was very good and everything was very fresh. Gladly again (with your own pillow ;)...

Nice woman who welcomed at the reception ..Room small but clean.. nice bathroom .. Balcony yes but you have to share it with 20 others ...I don't want to call it a hotel but a hostel...no service ..We was told that due to the conference there was only a cold buffet in the evening and we were not allowed to bring our dog into the dining room .. we should have been informed about that when ordering .. luckily there are plenty of good food places in Goslar city ..We ate breakfast on the terrace fine enough... and in dry weather...
