Beautifully furnished, cozy house with lots of space.We hosted a LAN party in it for a long weekend with ten people and it was fantastic. The network can and the cold welcome beer that were specially placed for us were a bonus that you rarely get elsewhere. Thank you for that!

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful, rustic location!The house has been lovingly renovated, is excellently equipped (kitchen equipment, TVs, projectors, etc.) and offers plenty of space.Communication with the owner was always uncomplicated and open.Even special requests (LAN connection for PCs) were taken into account especially for our stay and a socket was quickly installed in advance. The accommodation is therefore also suitable for e.g. B. Lan parties ;)We'd love to come back!

This year's neighborhood bike tour took us to the guesthouse in Hemeln. A stroke of luck!We had the food delivered because many of us follow a meat-free diet. It came on time and was very tasty. The weather was so nice that we ate in front of the house (see photo).Shopping for breakfast and a picnic for the next day on the ferry to REWE also went well.The breakfast room is very tastefully decorated and the (lower) communal kitchen is well equipped, highly recommended!

Perfect location right by the Weser cycle path. Nice big house with 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. The host is very nice and does everything to make your stay the most enjoyable. Go for it! Tom

Nice inn for a group of up to about 10 people, after that it gets a bit cramped at the dining table. Room OK, other rooms too. Everything is a little old-fashioned, but ok.

On May 25, 2024 I was on a 5-day hiking tour along the Weserberglandweg with a friend. We booked our first night in a hotel on the other side of the Weser. Despite written booking confirmation, the hotel was closed. There was no alternative for us locally. An angel named Katja from the guesthouse on the Weser Cycle Path Hemeln rescued us from our distress. When we spoke to her on the phone, she spontaneously freed up a room for us for one night - even though all the apartments were already rented - and even offered us to improvise a breakfast that we hadn't actually planned for the next morning. This warm welcome touched us deeply. We felt very comfortable in this guest house and can recommend it without reservation. Full points!!!!

We had a great family reunion in the guest house in Hemeln. There was enough space for everyone and we all felt very comfortable, young and old. The rooms are tastefully furnished. The landlady cares deeply about the well-being of the guests. Thank you very much for everything. We can recommend the guest house without reservation.

As a group of 12 people, we were able to spend a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, well-maintained holiday home. The furnishings are very tasteful and really suited us as a group. The beds are super comfortable, so all participants got a good night's sleep.The kitchen is not big, but it has everything you need and all the appliances work perfectly.The location directly on the Weser definitely invites you to linger and creates a wonderful atmosphere when you look out the window. All in all, I can only rave about the organization in advance and on site went completely smoothly and the homeowner is very friendly and accommodating.We look forward to our next stay here. A heartfelt recommendation.

We stayed at the accommodation with 12 people over the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised as soon as we entered!It smelled super pleasant and the rooms radiated great energy. We felt comfortable. It was clean and we could even use the fireplace room.The communication with the landlady was great and we will definitely come back!

Beautifully furnished, modernly renovated half-timbered house. The beds were comfortable. The living room is very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Very nice, quiet place with a view of the Weser and the village church. Dedicated, nice and helpful hostess. We would come back :)

We were welcomed super friendly and warmly.We arrived by bike and were able to store our bikes in the locked garage.We were particularly pleased that a cold beer was prepared in the fridge :-)Thank you for the accommodation and certainly goodbye.
