I can only advise against booking here. I had to cancel a 3 night booking.€105 was due for this. This was also agreed upon in the booking. I paid for it by card. After 4 days, a further €200 was deducted from the card for 2 nights, including drinks and breakfast.Hotel cannot be reached by email or telephone

The room had cobwebs in every corner, there was a silverfish crawling in the bathtub and the toilet wasn't really clean either, which was a shame.Suspecting that we forgot something in the room, we have been waiting for an answer for 3 days. Nobody can be reached by phone, only the central office at night, which supposedly passes it on. No response via email.Unfortunately bad service.

Beds very comfortable, bathroom large, minibar filled with free drinks, reception not occupied after 11 p.m., entering the hotel using telephone instructions, good for an overnight stay before or after the trip.

My credit card was charged twice and even after reaching out several times by both phone and e-mail it seems as if there's no interest in resolving this issue on their part.Update: I'm not sure whether this was because of the review or not but I received a refund a few days after posting this. Nonetheless the lack of communication was really bad.

The Dormero Hotel in Langenhagen really left a lasting impression! The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, which immediately made you feel comfortable. The technical equipment was impressive, with modern equipment and well-thought-out furnishings. Particularly noteworthy is the ambient lighting, which created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The balcony also offered a wonderful place to retreat.Check-in was smooth and efficient, making the stay stress-free from the start. A special highlight was the minibar with the “Free Drinks” sticker – a great surprise! Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily repeat at any time. 🌟

Customer service disaster at this hotel.Bad faces at breakfast, a dirty, messy and poorly attended reception. Paying 300 per night there is no breakfast included, and they won't even make your room if you don't give it 1 day in advance. They have raised prices scandalously because there was a fair in the city.They have no interest in pleasing the customer. I'm not coming back.

Rooms are very well isolated against noise from outside.Not really against most noise from inside the building... 😴And don't leave any valuables in your vehicle on the street, mine was opened 😔.

a really very nice hotel. The only thing I would criticize a bit is that there is a young man with headphones at the reception who doesn't even get up when the guests come. I come from the catering industry myself, but sitting down opposite a guest. That actually doesn't work at all. the rooms are very nice, very clean and a great breakfast.

Virtually unreachable by phone and no response to emails. I've been waiting for my invoice for 4 days and it's impossible to receive it.Curious: you get the room key, then have to go out again and walk around the block. Attention: underground parking can only be paid with cash, a bit backwoods.

No service staff available at reception until 1:00 p.m. Therefore, you won't receive an invoice if you check in late! Coffee to go costs four euros extra. Rooms without air conditioning. The television was technically not connected and therefore unusable.

A nice room with a large bed that also has a good mattress.Breakfast has something for every taste.Great connection to bus 🚌 and train 🚆, of course also easy to reach from the motorway.There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel.We will book this hotel again on our next visit.Thank you for the pleasant overnight stay and the good breakfast.

For me it was an alternative hotel as a business trip because there was nothing available in the greater Hanover area due to an event. Prices for overnight stays are great, the price for breakfast is a bit excessive, there is probably a kind of mixed calculation here. The room was very large and spacious with a kitchen. There is a deduction in the B grade, the drain in the sink in the bathroom was leaking and the water ran directly into the bathroom. There was a fridge in the room, drinks were included in the price which not every hotel offers, thumbs up. However, the refrigerator in the room was very loud. All in all, I would still recommend the hotel but would rather go to a bakery or something similar for breakfast.
