We find ourselves spending the night in this hotel invaded by spiders, one of which is gigantic in size, taking turns sleeping because we have a one and a half year old child and we cannot venture into the Hessian countryside at night to find another hotel. The Reception closes at 7pm and there is no way to contact them. If you want to open a hotel you should at least provide emergency contacts!!

We have a huge spider in our room, complete with a nest, and they don't answer the phone or emails. It's really bad service, complete with a small child, we don't know if the spider is poisonous. They say there is nosferatu in the area. We don't know, we can't know and we have no one to talk to.

It advertises its own parking space. If you call and ask where it is, you should come in first. Then you are given a relatively taciturn piece of paper where you should sign. Now you are led through a backyard to another backyard with some asphalt and lawn where you can park your 3.5 ton Sprinter. The room in the backyard house is also on the 1st floor, attic, via a steep, creaky staircase. The windows are closed despite it being 30 degrees. No fly screen. Opaque curtains as well - only external blinds. There were nice sloping ceilings for head-butting at 1.7m tall. Mattress "soft" with label as a special service. And Medium. Also absolutely soft. The drain plug got stuck so that I could no longer drain the water into the sink. Room walls noisy like a tent wall. Cleanliness 4 - you can also wipe down to the baseboard...breakfast buffet is virtually non-existent. Baked rolls and cold cuts felt from the day before yesterday. Soggy scrambled eggs, or whatever the yellow mass was. There is no pepper or salt at the table. No soft drinks despite demand. Employees who drink loudly "moaning" in the breakfast room. And let the doors close loudly. Hotel? It's more likely to get relegated.

I don't know the hotel rooms.But the cafe is very good.Nice service, plentiful and good selection of food and drinks.Seating outside too.Very nicely laid out and good facilities.Everything makes a neat and clean impression.

Stayed here on a bike tour. Bicycle garage available. We were warmly welcomed. The ambience in the breakfast room is definitely special and with attention to detailfurnished. Rooms clean and good - great mattresses. Very nice employee at breakfast. Price-performance fits!!!

Rooms are ok if you get one with a reasonably large TV. If you're unlucky, it's not much bigger than a shoebox. But otherwise clean, tidy and well furnished. Breakfast was better than at many other hotels, even if we pushed fitters very early. I found the guest room and coffee to be extremely pleasantly furnished. And there was a highly recommended inexpensive lunch menu, which included a dish of the day and a soup of the day at a great price for today's times. People should pay more attention.The disadvantage is that there is no dedicated parking space and you had to look for somewhere along the street.

They will have nothing to do with the beautiful pictures. You live in a separate building, the café and the lovely lounges close at 7 p.m. The reception is functional, as are the rooms. It looks like a youth hostel, but the “hotel” is also a retirement home. Then there's the culture café and so on: In short: every euro is taken away here and whether they're there or not doesn't really matter. And that's how they live. Heating doesn't work: doesn't matter. Next time it's better to go somewhere else... At least the breakfast is good.

Absolutely inappropriate to describe breakfast on Sundays as de luxe.Far too little choice for the priceDespite registering in advance with 6 people.1 croissant for 6 people with the statement "If everyone then everyone".Only one type of bread roll, if there are all the others then they are all...Dessert glasses totally warm for hours...There was no more yoghurt either...Then we decided to drink a few glasses of champagne.According to the service, just take something yourself...But there were no glasses there...Until we had the champagne, we had to ask for glasses 3 times...So I don't know what was deluxe about it.Next time we'll definitely go somewhere else for the price of 18!!! € is offered more than twice as much.
