My siblings and I also spent a weekend at the Traumzeithof in July on our bike tour this year.The name is absolutely appropriate. We stayed in the “Hirsch” nature suiteand were thrilled by the peace and quiet and the location so close to nature.In the evening the boss personally cooked delicious dishes for us, using only organic ingredients. Our time at the Traumzeithof was the highlight of our tour.Joanna

My better half and I decided to take a carriage ride through the heath and came across the TraumzeitHof online. The journey was problem-free, the location was wonderfully quiet and the hosts were a prime example of hospitality and, above all, love of animals. Even though I was a bit hesitant about the price of the trip at first, the 3.5 hour trip was worth every cent. Fantastic landscape and paths, lots of educational information, coupled with North German humor. I highly recommend this to everyone! Even us, who live in the Lüneburg Heath, were able to learn many interesting facts from the trip.

We were in the attached Hof Café. Very nice boss and boss, the coffee can also be drunk black, so that's good. It was a pleasure to be there. Recommended!

The two of us were pilgrims on the Via Scandinavica and after 25.5km we arrived at Jürgen and Christine's house.Jürgen gave us a very warm welcome, checked in quickly and then treated us to cake and spritzer in his little café. In Dalle, a small, idyllic place, we found peace and quiet to relax after this tour.In our spacious double room (and on the way there) we were greeted by loving and well-thought-out furnishings - Christine and Jürgen show glimpses of their European carriage ride here - with comfortable mattresses (unfortunately not a given on our way).Upon request, Jürgen cooked vegetarian meals for us in the evening along with all the other guests. Both dinner and breakfast were rich and left nothing to be desired for us.Christine even took time for us in the afternoon to go to the horses and report on the European carriage ride. The two offer carriage rides - but we didn't take advantage of this as our journey continued after one night.

Wonderful yard that invites you to relax. The dinner was delicious and the atmosphere invites you to get to know the other guests. Boss Jürgen always has a nice anecdote on his lips. Gladly again!

The visit to the Traumzeithof was really great. Well located. Quiet. There are nice and friendly people and staff here who are very helpful. Even after normal opening hours, they are available to provide advice and assistance in any life situation. Happy to help.

We've been here three times now and we liked it better each time. The quiet location in the middle of beautiful landscapes, the tasteful main and outbuildings, the tasty organic food and the personal contact with the owners are the reasons why this is a great country hotel for relaxation. The carriage ride under a naturalist guide is certainly a highlight of your stay. Due to the manageable size of the company, we cannot expect an all-round service package like in a hotel chain, but we no longer need that. We prefer nature and individuality. Whether under the large maple tree in the inner courtyard, on the terrace of a suite (the photo shows the view) or on one of the countless hiking trails, you quickly become one with nature. If that's what you're looking for, then you've come to the right place.

The two of us stayed at the Traumzeithof (TZH) for five days.We would be received very warmly. We went on a cycling holiday, were able to store our bikes in our own room and immediately had a good feeling. The owners answered questions about the area and sights comprehensively and informatively.The rooms are very spacious. TheBreakfast was good quality.We were very satisfied all around, will come back next year and can only recommend the TZH.

Not recommendable. When we arrived everything seemed fine. We were there with a family and friendly group of 15 people and 5 dogs. However, all negative reviews can only be confirmed! The only positive thing is the slightly redesigned rooms in the new country house. It was clean. But if someone is so condescending to GUESTS who pay a lot of money for a weekend... All you can say is - you should get out of the hotel and catering industry!!

Unfriendly hostPrice-performance ratio is not right.Never again.In any case, we felt unwelcome and unwanted and this was shown to us throughout by the unfriendly and annoyed behavior of the boss.The boss (at the same time owner, managing director, cook, receptionist, breakfast preparer) welcomed us and instructed us on the first evening that you shouldn't put the used napkins on the dirty plates and that you should say "please" if you want something ordered a drink. The food on the first evening tasted good. The next morning after breakfast we criticized a few points, including pricing. This was not desired. On the second evening there was poorly peeled asparagus, hollandaise sauce from a tetra pack and sizzled schnitzel (for €36.00). After the first drink we were no longer asked if we would like to order anything else. We should probably leave again as quickly as possible. On the third evening the boss didn't cook anything for us because he didn't think our criticism was justified and was offended.At breakfast I had a bad feeling about ordering scrambled eggs because that was extra work.The Traumzeithof itself is remote and quiet. The rooms in the suites are nicely decorated and clean. What's missing is a refrigerator to keep drinks and snacks cold for your trips.We first had to remove the weeds that were growing out of the joints on the small terrace. The meadow in front of our terrace was half a meter high. The horses peed on the fence two meters from the terrace. Anyone who likes it. I did not like it.Due to the lack of friendliness and good service, I cannot recommend this accommodation under any circumstances.

A wonderful peaceful farm in the countryside.My family gave me a voucher for my stay on New Year's Eve. Since I absolutely don't like banging and the TraumzeitHof advertises that it doesn't have anything like that, I decided on this farm. This decision was absolutely right!Wonderful, quiet location, super delicious organic food (the boss cooks himself in the evenings) and on New Year's Eve there was delicious fondue. There was no banging, which was probably the best thing for me and the “guest dogs”. The farm's carriage horses also had no stress.I would like to come again in the summer! To relax, ride a carriage and indulge in absolute relaxation in a family atmosphere.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday there for a very short time. Everything was so well organized and prepared by the hotel. There was great care, good food, especially the breakfast and the cake were praised. We would come back there, but the age....... All the guests who spent the two nights there and those who only came for a short time and unexpectedly were impressed by the warmth and attention to each individual. All of us, sometimes 14 people at the same time, felt welcome. The weather could have been better .Winter weather wasn't what we all wanted! A big, big thank you to everyone who looked after us!

I did a carriage training course there and was then able to spend the night there. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet there. The nature there is simply fantastic. The horses there also have a really nice home with lots of exercise. I had a wonderful time with you and we'll see each other more often...
