Now called Bierstadthotel, new owner in an old atmosphere, rooms large but with 80s charm, breakfast very generous, very committed staff, still has to get used to it, but fair price-performance ratio

I think it's the closest to the center of Einbeck.There is also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient.You will have to climb the stairs on your own.The room is very stylish.The room was directly under the roof, but the low ceiling didn't bother me.I was lucky to have a room where I could see the pillars that support the structure.

We were in the old town hotel at Pentecost and we were actively supported by the boss when unloading. Thanks! After all, there were 11 of us with 🚗🚙 and 🚲🚲. Afterwards the cars came into the underground car park very close to the hotel. The rooms were simple but very good. The breakfast was freshly prepared and we were asked in advance whether we had any special requests. Afterwards we were able to start the day super satisfied. We enjoyed the evenings outside at the hotel and enjoyed delicious Einbeck🍻 and delicious 🍹🍸🍷🤩

I was completely satisfied with my stay and can recommend the Altstadt Hotel 100%. The hotel operator was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location in the middle of the old town has a very special flair. The breakfast is simply amazing. The special thing this hotel offers is the parking space in the underground car park. All of this together for an unbeatable price. I will definitely be a repeat offender.

We had planned a bike tour with 4 participants. The owner and staff were very helpful when we arrived. We were able to park our car trailer and car securely and we could park the bikes in a separate lockable room and charge them overnight. The breakfast was great and the rooms were fine. We were very satisfied and would be happy to recommend this hotel 100%. 👍🔝

We were very satisfied. We were there in March 2022 and had already booked in December 2021 at an unbeatable price.The rooms are simple but very bright and therefore friendly. It was clean and we had what we needed. Our room was at the front and therefore a bit louder. My parents had their rooms at the back and it was probably very quiet!!The gas hosts are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is incredibly rich. Special requests will be accommodated. You should perhaps discuss what you want beforehand so that you don't get "everything".We spent 2 nights here.

A very courteous, friendly, attentive hotelier who is very interested in ensuring that his customers are doing well.The breakfast was delicious and also worth 5 stars.Cleanliness was great as was the mattress that I was able to experience in the room.I can only recommend it on behalf of a group because we had a wonderful, unforgettable, relaxing weekend THANKS to the hotelier.TOP…… I’ll be back….

I spent two nights here in a double room. The manager is very nice and helpful. But the rooms cannot be darkened. It is very loud and noisy. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, it doesn't really bother me, but you can quickly be blamed for the damage yourself and therefore a room should always be in a tidy condition. The mattresses were saggy and not the same. There is no room service. It is very clean, but the fact that there are no curtains or drapes is a big disadvantage. The price was far too high for that. The breakfast was over the top. In times of very different eating habits and tolerances, you should ask beforehand what the guest would like. So it's quite unpleasant when you have the feeling that 6/7 of your breakfast could end up in the trash. If you take a simple room without breakfast, it's fine, but then only with ear protection and a sleeping mask.

Apparently guests are not welcome here for one night (despite written reservation confirmation). Unfriendly tone, no attempt to solve the problem, that's not how it works!

Didn't get a room despite a confirmed reservation. Unfriendly tone, presumptuous behavior from the “innkeeper”, or whoever that was. Service is completely different. I hope it's a dark day, otherwise the prognosis is bad...

A nice, small hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Very clean room. Unfortunately I can't give it a full 5 stars. When we announced our arrival, no one was there to let us in. At the end of the first day, before the second night, there had been no room service. So no fresh shower towel. (Of course I can make up my bed myself.) It didn't say anywhere that you had to register for room service separately.

We can only recommend the hotel.Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The room was at the back and was very large and quiet. Even our dog was thought of, he had a dog bed. The breakfast was very rich and tasty and left nothing to be desired. In the evening you can sit there comfortably and have a drink to round it off.We would love to come back and our dog thanks us for the treats
