Very satisfied, reasonable price-performance ratio. Friendly staff, open 24 hours a day, large, clean room, fan, rich breakfast, location on the main road (but little traffic), close to the city center. Recommended!

I was very surprised. For a small town like Hann. Münden is really great. 1 star deducted because of the spartan breakfast service. Otherwise, gladly again.

Accommodation in a double room for training for 3 nights, great, large and comfortable bed, great mattress. Everything was clean, room cleaning only if expressly requested.Access to the room with card, very convenient. Breakfast ok, nothing special, but sufficient.Suggestions for improvement:Unfortunately, the roof window (room 401) does not have a roller blind, so it is far too bright at night due to street lighting. Rakes or towel racks in the bathroom would have been great.

A nice hotel in itself, but not recommended. There was no soap, there was no trash can in the room.Admission is primarily for children aged 17/18.They were friendly in contact, but the quality of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired.There was no room service, someone came in in between to take bottles, but beds etc. were not made

Very well maintained house, all the staff are always helpful and courteous. Always accommodate private requests, I can only recommend this hotel.I'm traveling with my e-bike and trailer from Düsseldorf via Hann.Münden to Cuxhaven.

First of all, the positive. A large free parking space behind the house. The centrally located house looks tidy at first glance. But on the second it's rather unfinished and inconsistent and thrown together to the point of being unprofessional. Price performance is not right here at all. Arrival at 5 p.m. and the room has not yet been cleaned. After a while someone came to clean it. After 10 minutes it was ready... so bed linen was fresh and there were new towels. After that time, more was not possible. The next day there was only 1 bathroom towel left. For breakfast there was toast or 1 type of rubber roll and 2 types of cheap sausage. Scrambled eggs were empty and there were no boiled eggs. Juice like water. Coffee machine out of service at 9am. Then wait for it to be cleaned quickly so that you can brew an average coffee. The breakfast room is cramped with old uncomfortable chairs. Crockery old, scratched and chipped.For €300 2 nights the expectation was a different SORRY

Beware, I claimed a confirmed reservation 14 days before my 2 night stay, 2 days before the stay I got a message that they only had room for 1 night.We couldn't use that for anything, as we needed the 2 nights we had booked and paid for in advance, in connection with the Werra Rallye and the Weser Marathon. despite, we were lucky to find another hotel that was a few km outside the city.

I was in the area for work and spent 14 days here in the hotel. I had nothing to complain about and was completely satisfied. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, the area is very quiet and relaxed and the reception is very friendly. Recommended!!!
