We drove over 300 km there with our child and found ourselves in front of a locked door. We found out from an old employee that the tenants closed everything down in November and disappeared. So we drove there completely in vain. Very disappointed. We are very excited to see if we can see the cost of the hotel again. That was a real letdown.

We wanted to start our vacation on Friday. Luckily I sent an email beforehand so I found out that the hotel was closed due to fire safety measures. At least we saved ourselves the journey, but we probably won't be able to find an alternative in the short term.

We (2E 3K) stayed in the hotel for a week. Due to the many terrible reviews, we almost canceled at short notice...The most important! The hotel has huge potential. There are many things that you can use, unfortunately there is a lack of staff to keep things in good condition. A caretaker team would be needed to take care of these broken things every day. The food service is also absolutely understaffed.NO WiFi (except in the lounge)Our rooms were clean and overall very nicely decorated - no objections.- Breakfast very good,- Lunch (using leftovers from the previous day's buffet) ok- Dinner ok too. Unfortunately, it's bad for allergy sufferers that you won't find anyone who can give you information! Only Dominik from the drinks service made an effort and provided information for us... his post was unoccupied at the time, which in turn was annoying for other guests. The food can be compared to upscale youth hostel restaurants. Also because of the self-service buffet. As already mentioned, there is a lack of service staff to refill food and, above all, cutlery and napkins.Biggest praise goes to Dominik (on the drinks). He is very nice, committed and unfortunately has to take care of things that are absolutely not his profession. This is how he gave us e.g. B. in the evening when the fuse in the room blew out...unfortunately the reception was no longer manned from 6 p.m.That's not really possible for a hotel of this size. There has to be a contact person for problems like this. All in all the week was ok for this price.

Beautiful hotel, great for children, beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the rest of the food is a disaster and ruins the rating.I/we wanted to thank you very much for the gastrointestinal treatment after yesterday's meal. I have never lost weight so quickly and lost so much fluid in just one night. The only bad thing is that my butt feels like it's...Freight train passed through.Thank you, I think this type of diet is so great that I recommended it directly to the health department.Best regards

We were here for a family weekend. The rooms are prepared with great attention to detail. There is a lot for children to explore and it won't be boring here! Great swimming pool, very nice lounge and a fabulous outdoor area. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very friendly! Unfortunately I had to deduct one star because of the food. The breakfast was good. We didn't use lunch. The dinner buffet consisted of four CN containers. Cold fries, soggy noodles and pork in sauce and fish. The sauce from the mock meat was indefinable. Gray sauce. The salad bar was ok. One day there was fresh fruit as dessert and the other day there was strudel (convina product). Conclusion: a really great family hotel that needs to do some work on its gastronomy👍

Absolute low budget hotel with little charm.Promised services such as kids club and hands-on farm are only available from Mon-Fri -> that's what's hidden behind 'further information on site'.The food is substandard and of the worst quality. The vegetarian dish in the evening is cold and soggy fries. For lunch there are the leftovers that no one wanted to eat the night before. With coffee (3 - 3.30 p.m.) there is a small piece of ready-made cake, which is plundered after 4 minutes by a bunch of greedy guests - but of course, none of them had anything for lunch. There are no supplies here. The children's buffet was generally not available. The attractions offered such as air hockey, bowling alley, pool billiards etc. are all broken. The pool is ok, but quite fresh. The saunas, infrared cabin and steam bath all don't work. Conclusion: Even a little money is still too much here - so stay away!

We were there with a child for the weekend. Our room was newly renovated and clean. The small wellness area with pool, sauna and steam room is very nice. We also liked the outdoor area with animals and a playground.Unfortunately the food is a disappointment. On both evenings there was rice with fish or chicken, which tasted more like canteen food. Unfortunately, the buffet no longer looks so great after a short time, but this is more due to the very impatient guests.Receptionists and bartenders were very friendly. For us, despite the food, it was a nice short vacation, but seeing it once is enough. You always have to look at the price-performance ratio, you can't expect 5 stars for this cheap holiday...
