Prime resort, big name big failure. Service staff speak almost no German except at the reception. Buffet is sparse and everything tastes bland, food is presented carelessly. And you have to wait in line for a long time, and if you're unlucky, one or two things are already gone. The staff is not quick to provide supplies. If you want something before 8 p.m. everything is already cleared away or empty. If you think of a name like that, the concept should also fit. It's more for families with children. But for a couple who want to spend a relaxing weekend it's not really good. It has been renovated somewhat but the charm that it would like to have is somehow not achieved. There is something defective or poorly placed everywhere. In the evening, some of the service staff are guests themselves and are quite loud.We took a quick look at the indoor pool and were disappointed, didn't go swimming at all, the massage seats were out of service, and then we didn't want to know what the sauna was like.A great hotel is presented to you on the Internet, but in the end it was a big failure. Once and never again.

The hotel and complex are really nice and you can have a great time, especially with children. The service is always very attentive and friendly both at the reception and at the counter. Absolutely child-friendly and confident.Probably the biggest criterion for not coming back is the food. The food is absolutely inedible for both children and adults. We've already experienced a lot, but that was really underground. It's a shame because the hotel really has potential.

Hotel, not reachable by phone on Friday after 7 p.m. It doesn't work at all. Very bad. We wanted to cancel because my wife didn't have time at short notice. Terrible. No recommendations

What some people write here is really catastrophic. Based on various comments here, I assumed the worst would happen, but we were pleasantly surprised. Many people probably forget what you pay for here and what you get! We had no problems with dishes or cutlery! Eating yourself was always there!!! Yes, there wasn't a lot of choice but it's enough and you'll probably forget what you paid for!!! We were always full and found the atmosphere good too! To the bowling alley... we were there too, the right one is broken but the left one works perfectly 😉! And about the hairdryer... yes, you should probably bring your own but if you ask at the reception you will get one... sooooo... I wonder with what expectations people come here and then don't even ask, they just complain!All inclusive with wellness, sauna and steam bath etc… for the price you can't beat it! You also get bathrobes. So for us it was relaxation but there is definitely still a little potential in it.By the way, the bartender also speaks German and is there even after 6 p.m.…So people… talk before you complain and always keep the price in mind!By the way, the staff also eats in the dining room, where the guests are, but I didn't experience them smacking their lips or sitting loudly on their cell phones. What I find worse is when parents give their children an iPad so that they can stay quiet at breakfast and the iPad is pretty loud!During our time there were mainly pensioners here... and I personally don't think it's a bad thing that there are "leftovers" from the day before at lunchtime, since that's how it is done at home!Our room was large and fairly clean. But there was still some dust in one corner or another. Still clean!My parents got a larger room suitable for people with disabilities at no additional cost, which was really great for my parents.Animals… yeah… they have animals there too. Donkeys, ponies, kangaroos, goats, geese, rabbits, alpacas…And about the internet… sorry, we are in Germany. Even my parents don't have reception in the annex... the Wi-Fi in the hotel only works in the lobby but it wasn't a problem for us since we have unlimited data volume anyway and we were on vacation and cell phones are irrelevant there.So for us (26 years/33 years) and parents (66/68 years) it was great!

Very nice hotel, we are thrilled. For families with children - best choice

So we were there from Thurs to Sun last week and ended our vacation on Sat and checked out.I've really never experienced anything like that. Since the change of operator things have probably only gotten worse (I don't know what it was like before, but it couldn't have been worse...).When I read the comments on other platforms, I can only say the following:- "There are a lot of animals to see there" - well, there are 2-3 horses, 2 alpacas, a donkey, a few rabbits and a few small kangaroos - but that's about it...- "There is so much for the children to play" - well, there isn't that much in the two game rooms and what there is is usually broken or missing. For example, there is a small tool bench for children - but without tools...There are two bowling alleys in the basement, but one of them is broken and the other doesn't really work either. At least there is air hockey - but without air... Playing is impossible...- "Food is quite good and varied" - um no, not at all... The food is a complete disaster - we even took the kids to MC because the food is much better there - and that's saying something. ..At 6 p.m. there is dinner at the buffet (if you can call it that). But at 5 p.m. everything is put out. You can imagine that after an hour everything is limp and simply inedible... The leftover food from the evening is then recycled into the "lunch snack" of the following day and then tastes much worse...If you're not at the buffet right at the start at 6 p.m. (or if there's a long queue half an hour beforehand...) you're out of luck, because then there will either be no more plates, no cutlery or napkins - or none at all Eating more... Despite the all-inclusive "Ultra".- Staffing levels are very thin, there is a huge shortage of employees. And the existing staff also shouts at each other in front of the guests...- Fully automatic coffee machine didn't work in the morning, soft drink dispenser didn't work in the morning either. When you ask the "staff" you only get a shrug of the shoulders in response...- When we arrived at the hotel we didn't even have toilet paper in our room (or in the bathroom ;-)). The reception was also no longer manned, so we could only help ourselves by taking a roll from the "public toilet" there in the hotel.- Both cell phone reception (ok, the hotel can't do anything about that) and the Wi-Fi in the hotel are a smooth 6. In some cases it's not even possible to receive an email. We only had WiFi in the reception area and that was also rather poor...- Room was tiny, but for 4 (or only 3) days it was just fine...In summary, I can only advise that you avoid this hotel and look for a better hotel for the money. I understand something different about a “Prime Resort”, as it calls itself...

First of all, the good thing... there was always enough food, no one had to starve or didn't get anything left. Sitting in the lounge in the evening, relaxing a bit or having a nice conversation with the bartender was really relaxing. The bathtub was also nice.However, what was very annoying... at breakfast the employees help themselves before all the guests are finished. They sit at the tables, have their cell phones on with loud videos and entertain the whole room while smacking their lips, making breakfast inedible. I just can't understand it and find it outrageous. The room cleaning was also moderately good. We had to ask for toilet paper ourselves in the evening, which was simply unpleasant. In the morning the cleaning machine was used to wipe the hallway while we tried to enjoy the coffee, which again wasn't possible. There was only one coffee machine. This caused the queue to build up, something that could perhaps be changed.We are really very dissatisfied and tried to make the best of the situation, but that was hardly possible. At some point you were just looking forward to being home and enjoying the peace and quiet. It's a shame, because the hotel really has potential! 2 stars mainly because of the bartender and the location.WiFi is only available in the reception area, so unfortunately it was not possible to work or send a message.

When we arrived, our room was supposedly already cleaned. The toilet had a black rim, the toilet seat was sticky, the floor was dirty and there was no toilet paper or hand soap. About cobwebs.The hotel is partially renovated. There was mold under the ceiling in the relaxation area in the swimming pool.Breakfast was quite ok. We only had dinner once and then we always went out.
