We had a Standard room which had older equipment which we wouldn't have minded at all if it worked. I arranged the accommodation at the last minute and was glad to have a spare room. The problem was the bathroom, the water did not flow at all or flowed with a very weak current. The toilet, on the other hand, was leaking. There were no curtains in the room. The hotel was noisy, during the day there was very loud music outside and children shouting. It echoed throughout Špičák. In the evening until midnight really loud screaming of a group of children. Classic food, but very good, we had half board. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, good accessibility. I think the standard is running water. The price-quality ratio was not equal, for a high price, low quality. Two nights, half board, 1 adult and 1 child 8 years old CZK 4,800.

It is evident that the hotel has undergone a major renovation and the current management of the hotel is trying to accommodate the guests in everything. Great kitchen - perfect blueberry dumplings and a very helpful lady manager. Nice staff, great service. We felt like we were visiting friends. Amazing nature and peace. Great satisfaction. Highly recommended.

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is also absolutely clean. Every day room service, baskets brought out, everything that was missing added. We had half board, the meals were incredibly numerous and a huge selection, breakfast and dinner fit for a king. There was always a choice of three dishes and one really honest soup for dinner. We only had lunch once and it was really honest and great value for money. We spent a long weekend here as part of the SM system exercise and we were very satisfied. We felt at home here. Staff willing, accommodating and smiling. I wish the entire hotel many satisfied guests.

The evaluation is taken in consideration of the nature of the stay that we completed here. It was about the athletic concentration of the athletic preparation. We occupied rooms on the third floor, parents together with children, families by family, used the common room for joint activities and evening sittings, breakfast included both cereals, flour and eggs, the second day of the park, which was absolutely enough, watered coffee, Turkish, but so espresso at the bar, clean water available all day or a station for children to fill up, lunches and dinners were also in order, both in size and in terms of taste, the chef prepared chicken and potatoes, risotto, meatloaf with kasi, fermented fruit dumplings, pasta with spinach and cheese, pork soup, broth. The sauna can be ordered, for about 5 people, it also has a cooler rest room, it is not possible to go outside, which is not a problem, it fulfills its purpose perfectly. The accessibility from the train station, the surrounding excursions, and the views from the hotel are pleasant. The hotel is under reconstruction, but for the realization of concentration, school trips, schools in nature, it fully meets the current possibilities and requirements for such events. Thank you and we will definitely stay with the children again as part of the planning.

I'll start with the positive things: the welcome was nice, from the welcoming lady and then the gentleman, probably the owner or operator, dog friendly hotel, very clean rooms, toilet paper and hand soap, towels. Balcony with a view of the sunset and the mountains, a great sauna. TV in the room. It is under renovation and has huge potential. This deserves more stars. And now, unfortunately, the less pleasant ones, why they deserved 2 stars and what spoiled the whole impression of the stay: the first bad thing, you also pay for the hot tub, you arrive and without an apology you are told that the hot tub is leaking, no warning in advance. Ok, we agreed on an open budget at the bar, but this is the principle why we chose that accommodation. The second surprise, "half board" - breakfast and dinner, where you will be asked what you want to eat, but not much, so we preferred to have dinner elsewhere. she asked for scrambled eggs, the lady was kind enough to ask and arrange it, but an unpleasant waiter came running out, behaving unpleasantly and rudely, asking if the sausages weren't enough, later he sat opposite and the whole time loudly expressed how dissatisfied he was, probably with us and stared at me. At the end, another member of the hotel pointed out that finally the unpleasant waiter started laughing. Then the same gentleman, who was already quite loud the day before, went into the kitchen and said loudly that: ovulation was excellent" my stomach rose and we left the scrambled eggs as they were in the plate. CZK 1,800 per night per person, it doesn't matter if you are a couple and you will be on the same bed in the same room. The price is high and absolutely does not account for the kind of experience that awaits you with some of the staff. I am disappointed and it was not worth the money. I hope that the attitude or some of the staff will change, it would be a shame for the hotel in such a beautiful setting, but the people make the atmosphere and this was very special. So that was enough.

The worst hotel I've ever been in, the service really horrible. A hotel director as a maintenance man, but a 1st year apprentice would do better. Breakfast, those who didn't eat within 15 minutes were out of luck. Buffet tables, they've probably never seen it. Lunches a disaster, what kind of cook is this.The stench of paint all over the hotel. What a disaster, they should think about Špičák, they are bringing shame to the whole town.
