Quite normal aparthotel, rooms relatively large. There are enough cafes opposite for breakfast. Lots of shopping opportunities for daily needs. Unfortunately the surroundings are rather dirty.

We were on the Isar cycle path and stayed in the hotel for 1 night. Breakfast is not offered, but there are 2 bakers opposite. There is a small kitchen in the room. There is a lounge with a drinks machine and a large dining table. There is also a fully automatic coffee machine in the hallway. The room was clean, but time seems to have stood still a bit. The furniture is not uniform, as is typical for a hotel, but rather pieced together. The TV didn't work or the message "no signal" kept coming. We couldn't communicate the "problem" because the reception was not staffed in the evening or morning. The hotel was ok for us for 1 night. A lockable room for bicycles is available.There are various kebab stalls and refreshment and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

The very simple room and noisy location suits this desolate place. Even the kebab stalls have moved...The nice lady at the reception, on the other hand, is very pleasant and friendly.

Overall, satisfactory. The floor in the room was broken, where you could get injured. You couldn't watch TV, it was broken.We can't turn on TV, no contact.

For me, as a frequent traveler, it's just incredibly nice when you come into a room with a small kitchenette, sofa, couch and dining table and you can actually feel at home here (room sizes approx. 22 and 30 square meters). I've stayed in 4 different rooms so far and slept wonderfully in the beds here. What more could you want!!! Everything was very clean and tidy. No comparison to all the hotel chains we know. Very nice courteous staff. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but that's not a problem as there's a bakery opposite where you can get everything. Some of the rooms are still being renovated, but all of those that have already been completed have nothing to complain about as described and have been very lovingly finished. Up to now I had stayed in a slightly older one, but that was just fine for me. Since I often travel around Landau, the only option for me is the aparthotel.5 stars to the hotel and its entire team

Don't understand the negative reviews. As a family we had a nice apartment that was clean and attractively furnished. We only met staff once who immediately demanded the money from us. The lounge offers some reading and a smoking balcony, and drinks are also available to buy. Coffee can be purchased at the machine (unfortunately, if you click “Cancel”, it takes the money.)

The rooms and furnishings are now getting old. The mattresses on the beds are completely worn out. Any craftsman could do a better job with the makeshift kitchen in the room. The price/performance ratio is simply not balanced.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was large, furnished with everything you need and clean. The price-performance ratio is really very good. Therefore you can't expect any luxury. The hotel is on a main street. It's not far to the train station and you have to walk 40 minutes to the old town. But there are many shops nearby and a parking lot behind the house. You can get breakfast early at the abaxker across the street. There is a machine in the hotel. Communication with reception was easy and very pleasant.

Noisy main street but it's okay for a few nights. The room is equipped with everything you need and it is clean. There is no reception. We called upon arrival and got the PIN for the key safe. We were able to get our key out and were directed to the room over the phone... A bit impersonal but effective. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks in the lounge with a smoking area, but there are also kebabs and pizza in the area. The hotel is not for an idyllic vacation but it is practical

Good location, especially for cycling tours on the Isar cycle path. The hotel has everything you need, practical especially a fridge and the rest is nearby, bakery, groceries, pharmacy and other shops and restaurants. We would book again.
