Everything was great from the reception to the evening waiters and waitresses, everything was great, very friendly and family-run hotel. Went there twice 6 years ago and this year in September 2024. Celebrated our wedding anniversary there twice. The table was beautifully set. Only one thing was done For 6 years, the beautiful bar was open every evening for a nightcap and there were fire pits set up outside. That was very nice. Maybe we'll do it again in the summer. That was great and if the bar was open, many people would definitely go in for a nightcap received. It was a really nice holiday with you, thanks to everyone. Greetings Karin and Ralf Wamprecht.Thank you

Today we had a candle light dinner with an excellent service person *Beata*. We felt completely comfortable. All wishes were taken into account and Beata gave us very good advice. It was excellent. The 6-course menu was impeccable, we didn't miss anything. As part of our vacation, this was a perfect choice to spend a wonderful evening in the private fireplace room. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come by again. By the way, the aquarium offers a special ambience 👌

From the room to the breakfast everything was fineBeautiful wellness area which contains old as well as new areasthe entire staff was very friendlythe reception was particularly accommodatingvery fond of breakfast meat,The only drawback... extra requests like a cocktail off the menu in the bar or a filter coffee for breakfast are probably not wanted by the manager here...What I think is nice is that there is a separate tip box for each area, so everyone gets something and not just the conditions

Our first family vacation for the three of us with our baby was just so beautiful and really relaxing for us. A relaxed atmosphere, courteous staff and friendliness are absolutely guaranteed here. A highlight for us were, among other things, the infusions, very relaxing and, above all, entertaining. The food was also so delicious and there is something for everyone. We'd love to come back! :)

The Hotel zum Kramerwirt is a real gem in Geiersthal! As a "local" I haven't been able to enjoy an overnight stay yet, but from the birthday party in the beautiful dining room to visits to the bar to my favorite place, the beautifully designed beer garden, I always have the opportunity to enjoy the gastronomy there. The service is just perfect and you always feel welcome! From schnitzel to sirloin steak, from fresh salads to delicious desserts, there is something for everyone and without exception delicious! As a hotel or for a short visit, I can only recommend this location! 🍺🍹🍸🥗🍗🌮

We spent two nights in the E Nature Duo Suite. The suite:A highlight is of course the private whirlpool and the beautiful view. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. In the bathroom there is everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, a hairdryer, make-up mirror and of course the typical "gutzerle" such as shower caps, nail files, cotton swabs and a sewing kit. The bed is round but it was too hard for our taste. Tall people have to be a little careful as the door frames are not very high and it's easy to find your feet hanging out of the bed. In the room there is a coffee machine and a tea bar, as well as a variety of glasses and other dishes. The only thing we were missing in the room was something to hang up towels and bathing suits and dry them. This could be a problem, especially in winter. The suite is located a few meters away from the main building directly at the new outdoor pool. It's good to know at this point that the building is located quite steeply up the mountain.Service:The best thing about this hotel is definitely the service. All employees are extremely friendly and always try to help. You are always greeted and asked if everything is okay.Wellness:We didn't visit the area in the main building during our stay because the weather was so nice. The new lounge pool was definitely a highlight. It's difficult to get a lounger right next to the pool in the afternoon, but there are loungers and round sunbeds 10m away. The lounge pool is also accessible 24/7 with an extra key on the room key.Eat:We had the 3/4 board. The selection at breakfast is very large, there are even many vegan alternatives. Freshly fried scrambled eggs, omelette and bacon. There are also coffee machines that fulfill all your wishes and various juices as well as water and buttermilk.Lunch consists mainly of salad and cake, but also soup and a warm meal. Drinks are also available here like at breakfast.Dinner is selected and served in the morning. You only get the salad starters and the cheese for dessert yourself. The drinks cost extra and can either be paid for immediately or at the reception upon departure. Personally, I think the drinks prices are too high, e.g. €4.50 for 0.5l spring water and €5.50 for a 0.5l bottle of water. All in all it was a great stay. Not suitable for those looking for peace and quiet, as there are of course a lot of children there. Unfortunately, our romantic suite was directly above the family suite, so of course children's screaming or stomping could often be heard. If you don't mind that, you're in good hands there.
