I had a business appointment in Straubing and the hotel was perfect for my needs!The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, so I was able to start my appointment early the next morning.The breakfast was very appealing with very friendly service and freshly prepared scrambled eggs starting at 6 a.m.I would love to come back next time!

Very nice and friendly hosts, you can still feel the hospitality of the 4th generation family-run hotel.I've been a guest there for years and always enjoy it when I'm nearby.Rooms top, breakfast top, service top, hosts top, location top, everything a person needs to feel comfortable.

In early July my husband and I stayed at this hotel on our trip south. It is very well located in terms of transport (on the A3 and B20 in the direction of Salzburg), but still very quiet at night, even though the room faced the street. The room itself was modern and well-equipped and also had a balcony, which we used in the evenings. We started the next morning with a delicious breakfast buffet. The service was very attentive and friendly, as was the owner.We were recommended to stop at the beer garden next door, which we liked so much that we took a break here for lunch on the way home.Conclusion: highly recommended - we will come back to the Hotel Murrer on our next trip in this direction!

Super friendly reception. Late check-in possible. Snack bar accessible 24/7 for self-service. The room was big enough, although not equipped with everything on the list (no kettle, not all with a balcony). Bed comfortable. Completely satisfied. Unfortunately it's poorly connected, it's hard to get to Straubing without a car. Not a barrier-free hotel.

Wonderful hotel located in a quaint and quiet village.The rooms were amazing, very clean with comfortable beds. All sorts of small details (like extra pillows, snacks available to purchase, candies and a note on the bed) that made us love the place.The breakfast was delicious! A very nice variety of options were available.The staff were very accommodating and helpful (we needed different types of rooms and a late check-in ).All in all it was a great experience and made us want to spend more than one night.

We were the only guests that night and were given what was probably the oldest room with furnishings that had been around for decades. Other rooms on booking.com looked much more modern.The breakfast was subpar, the cut vegetables and fruit had been there in the fridge for at least a day and were neither attractive nor tasty. There were exactly 3 rolls for us, upon request there were two more, old and sticky. No eggs. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean, although the busy street was very noisy. Bicycles were safely stored in the locked garage.Price/performance not consistent!

I felt very comfortable and welcome! Very, very clean and modern rooms! Very friendly staff! Breakfast is small but very nice, there is everything you need for a good breakfast! There are self-service snacks and drinks on the first floor! So my conclusion, top top and would be happy to come again at any time! Thank you Hotel Murrer

This evening we were here for dinner. The service is brilliant and awesome. Always up for a joke and voi on the ball 😃 I had the Viennese style schnitzel and it was also really tasty. Really recommended👍

Service was really super friendly, great beer garden. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio when it comes to food leaves a lot to be desired. Very attractively presented, but asking for 9 euros for a Bavarian sausage salad with 15 slices of packaged sausage, 6 onion rings and a tablespoon of paprika from a jar is really rude. The Wiener Schnitzel dripping with fat/oil, 15 euros, if you like it. Seen it once but never seen it a second time. Pity Unfortunately....
