I stayed at this hotel during a business trip with my colleagues, and I have never experienced such rude and hostile behavior from a host. As foreigners, we were treated with outright aggression when the host suddenly demanded that we stay inside our rooms, forcing us in as if we were prisoners. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and feels more like being locked up than staying at a hotel. We came for work, not to be treated like criminals. This is NOT normal behavior for any place of hospitality. I would strongly advise against staying here unless you want to feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

Brand new bed and breakfast in the Bavarian lands. I use it as a support for business trips and it is very good. Apart from the fact that it is new you can see that it is well maintained, the rooms are large and clean. Average breakfast, excellent value for money.

At the end of May 2024, we drove from Bamberg to Venice with a group of four cyclists and stopped at this hotel for one night. My daughter accompanied us in the car and got to the hotel a few hours before us.When we arrived at the hotel after our 120km stage in rainy weather, soaked through, we were warmly welcomed by the owner family. First, we were served our arrival beer on the terrace and had a friendly chat with the owner. We then had the opportunity to wash the dirt and mud from our gravel bikes using a garden hose. Finally we were able to store our bikes dry in a lockable room.A highlight of the great service at this hotel was that our wet and dirty cycling clothes were washed by the owner. Thank you again for this <3The hotel itself is very well maintained with large and modern rooms. From the comfortable bed to the spacious rain shower, everything was perfect. The rooms even have a small kitchenette with a microwave.The hotel is very quietly located in the small town of Rudelzhausen.There is no evening catering and the breakfast is tasty and good. Egg dishes are available in any form upon request.For us, this hotel was a highlight on our tour and we recommend it without reservation.

Incredibly arrogant hotel boss. Violation of personal rights in the rooms. He doesn't accept bookings based on "a bad review" instead of worrying about bad reviews. He seems to be confusing who the guest is. The fact is, unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel…

Excellent stay, and great destination just 40 mins from MUC Airport. Very friendly hosts, greeted and settled us in straight away! Great quiet town to unwind, repack for flight home and wonderful local food choices. We ate at Weinstube Huber & were warmly welcomed by the staff, owner and chef!

The room facilities were very attractive, but there were problems with the reservation before my stay. An error on the part of the hotel meant that I was given a double room as a compromise, but at a higher price than the single room I had originally booked.Furthermore, during our stay we were unkindly informed that we would have to leave the room if there were more people in it than stated. This communication was inappropriate and contributed to an unpleasant stay.

We had booked a comfort apartment. The first contact on the phone was very nice.Everything went well at check-in. Very friendly reception.The operators, Ms. and Mr. Bauer, were extremely accommodating.Everything was remarkably clean. Great service and a great breakfast.Plus a top price-performance ratio.We recommend.

I was there with my team for work. We were not allowed to park in the hotel parking lot because the boss felt very disturbed because we spoke in a different language. Our rooms were always checked because they thought we would steal or destroy something. On the other hand, the rooms smelled very much like a horse stable.The hotel only wants businessmen, not fitters.Anti-foreigner.Never again!!

Fitters and foreigners hostile!!!We were 4 days after assemblyAt 8:45 p.m. I was on the phone with my children in the hotel parking lot and apparently a guest commented because I was too loud???? Consequence: we are no longer allowed to park in the hotel parking lot! Uncomplicated check-in, plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. The style doesn't really suit my taste, but that's of course debatable. Otherwise friendly service and everything was great! You can also charge your electric car
