Extremely unpleasant experience!Worst hotel ive stayed in.- Hot water constantly running out.- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.- Beds were extremely uncomfortable.- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you sleep.- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some disinfectant wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.- Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.- Staff members were extremely unprofessional and mostly upset.I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff .I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Beautiful estate with good service from the estate management.Villa comes complete with the a chlorine pool and 3 bedrooms. Only one bedroom has a bath tub while all of them have showers.The aircon on the second level where the pool table is isn’t good enough to cool the room but we hardly ever go to that room. Mostly hanging at the main area. Brought a mosquito killing racket with UV lights to attract them as there are usually a lot of mosquitos in Bali and the villa.The second level doesn’t have a guard rail, for those people who are drunk, they might be tempted to jump off into the pool. Something to note if your party is gonna rage like crazy
