A great hotel!!! The food, the rooms and the service were excellent. Trainer would particularly like to highlight Rebecca. She led through the applications in a relaxed manner. She demonstrated the exercises and then made sure the exercises were performed properly.

One-week stay in August 2024 as a family - with no feel-good effectSince we didn't find anything in the hotel description about smoking or non-smoking areas, we assumed that our booking was a non-smoking hotel with good spa air. Smoking is prohibited in the room, but not on the terrace/balcony of the respective rooms offered. Unfortunately, the most beautiful suite is of no use if a heavy smoker smokes heavily on the balcony until 11 p.m. and smokes in all the surrounding rooms.For us, the concept of having non-smoking rooms and putting an ashtray on every balcony/terrace doesn't fit.On hot nights you have to automatically open the window as the rooms do not have air conditioning.The heavy smoker left “thank God” the next day. We were offered another room, but that didn't really solve the problem.On the second night, our son saw two silverfish running by from the shower in the bathroom.We also reported this directly to reception. These were treated with spray and silverfish traps the same evening.According to the advertisement, our suite was described as having a rain shower, but this was missing, as were our bathing suits after five days (including swimming trunks, a bikini and a swimsuit). For unknown reasons and many efforts, these disappeared and could no longer be found.Unfortunately, all that was left were words of consolation, “Unfortunately, I can no longer be found.” What was particularly sad was that the bikini was new.Since we were missing our bathing suits, we were no longer able to use the pool on the last day, even when the sun was shining.Enjoying the pool, sauna and restaurant was often difficult, especially as a woman, as a hotel guest was constantly trying to get to know or observe every woman. The hotel management seemed to have a hard time researching who this male hotel guest was.What we really enjoyed was a rich breakfast and dinner buffet. Big praise to the kitchen, which also responded creatively to certain intolerances.However, when we think about our entire vacation and also the conversations we had with the hotel, unfortunately we didn't really get the relaxation that we longed for. It is particularly unfortunate that there was no real accommodation, even when speaking to the hotel managementwas found. Neither a discount nor a small “compensation flaw”.We would have liked a discount on the parking fees charged (€6 per day) or some other gesture of “reparation”.Unfortunately, warming words can't buy you a new bikini or make up for the sleep or rest you're missing. The offer we received was that the next stay would be better. Unfortunately for us the smoking concept is not right.

The hotel always invites you to linger and feel good. As soon as you enter the lobby you just have to feel comfortable - thanks to the atmosphere, the service and, above all, the friendly staff. The room facilities also leave nothing to be desired: spacious beds, lots of space and you always have the option of a large balcony to enjoy the fresh air.The generous and varied breakfast buffet also provides the perfect start to the day. There's a lot you can do from the hotel, whether hiking, cycling, day trips, etc.My personal highlight, however, was the "Sauna House" - there is definitely something for everyone here and in the beautifully landscaped and quiet garden you get the relaxation you need from everyday life.

Great hotel with direct access to the thermal baths. Rustic sauna area and cozy lawn with swimming pool. Very friendly staff and good service. The food is very good and varied. Extensive breakfast with everything you could wish for.
