Everything is good, the guesthouse is simply very clean and well run.10 minutes. away from the highway.Good for overnight stay.Why only good, equipment from the 90s.Breakfast is just good.

Nice guesthouse, just behind the A3 motorway....Easy to find....clean and cozy rooms, beds were very comfortable and not sagging, very quiet environment.,..we slept very well.....room was equipped with a balcony and ashtray so that smokers can smoke a cigarette before going to bed. Bathroom with hairdryer and hand/bath towels.. Room had WiFi... and TV... very clean... Breakfast was rich and tasty, you felt right at home... dogs are welcome... very nice host.. .highly recommended....we will definitely come back.... Kind regards, the people of Cologne😊

Just stayed for one night on the way back to UK. The owner was very flexible with late checkin. They had a comfortable room for a family of 4. The only thing what we missed is air conditioning, beacuse if 35 outside the inside can be pretty bad. At our stay that it wasn’t a real problem, because there wasn’t 35 outside, but with a little bit of air conditioning it could have been a bit better.I did’t see too much about the arae but the immadiate proximity of the penaion was all right.

Very nice hotel, run by a netreba couple, room was clean with everything. Wifi reception was great and of course breakfast too. For this price I can only recommend it.

The room is super clean and functionally furnished! Beautiful wooden furniture, comfortable mattresses, windows with fly screens, large fan, coffee machine. The breakfast was a perfect landing, we had fresh rolls, a variety of cold cuts and different spreads, mueslis, etc., delicious coffee and a really nice breakfast atmosphere in the farmhouse. Always my pleasure!

Friendly welcome from the hosts, very accommodating. Rooms clean, in a well-kept condition. Free WiFi and TV in the room with the usual programs.Appropriately furnished. Federal road and motorway towards Austria or Passau can be reached in under 5 minutes. There is sufficient parking space for cars or vans on the guesthouse property. Despite being close to the motorway, the location is very quiet - I would even say quiet - even with the window open. One star deduction (only in summer) the rooms are very heated, some of the rooms only have a small window. I rent a guest room here for up to 13 days a month without breakfast. A clear recommendation - price/performance is absolutely fair.

We stayed overnight twice, the first time we had a nice room with a spacious bathroom, the second time we had a different room, the room was very, very small, already cramped, a small window, so it was very, very warm, we could hardly sleep, what a shame! Maybe provide a fan for such rooms! Otherwise a clean guesthouse!
