We stayed here for 5 nights, we felt very comfortable. The food was very good, but could do with a little more seasoning for our taste. Ideally located for cycling.

Austria

I only rate the restaurant. After a nice day trip in Austria, we wanted to eat well. The location is beautiful and well maintained. We were allowed to choose a table as it was pretty empty.It took over 35 minutes before the waitress came to us because the colleague didn't inform her. Another 20 minutes later drinks arrived and we were able to order. I ordered the Oxenfetzn, a children's schnitzel with fries for my son and my mother was looking forward to the chanterelle tagliatelle, which was advertised as a seasonal specialty. It took another 40 minutes for the food to arrive, it was beautifully presented but the taste was disastrous. The children's schnitzel was so salty that my son (7) described it as spicy. The taste of my oxn shred was ok, but the meat was unfortunately very tough.The tagliatelle had hardly any flavor and hardly any chanterelles. It would be impossible to send it back as the waitress was always busy, they didn't want to cause a scene and we were all hungry after waiting so long. My mother said "hunger drives it in and disgust drives it down" 😅😬My son, who doesn't eat mushrooms, ate the tagliatelle because you couldn't taste anything. My mother ate the over-salted Kinderschnitzel and my grilled vegetables. My mother is a good cook and often had homemade dishes with mushrooms and said they were just mushrooms (the three that were buried in the tagliatelle) from a can and not fresh. We don't normally complain but at over €60 for terrible food we wanted to give feedback as all 3 dishes were bad. The waitress was very friendly the whole evening but also overwhelmed as there were only two of them and it got busier towards the evening. She was assured that they were real chanterelles because she saw them in the kitchen as the cook poured them into the pot, but her hand gestures were more like pouring out a can, not fresh chanterelles. My mother was offered a free coffee as an apology.We were very disappointed, we had a nice day and had hoped that we could have a nice evening with good food. For what we got, it was clearly way too expensive. This simply cannot happen at a country hotel where tourists also visit.

It's a really great hotel and restaurant. The rooms are huge and the price is very good

Very nicely located hotel right on the Inn. The outdated massage shower was not needed. The dinner was very tasty. We took the train to Passau and didn't have to look for an expensive parking space. The trip with the rental bikes to the nearby Mostbauern was also very nice.

Excellent Hotel, Staff very friendly and speak fluent english. The location is amazing because most of the rooms also come with a good view

A very nicely located hotel not far from the border. We discovered it by chance and are totally thrilled by the location, the room, the staff and the restaurant as well as the options in the area. Clear recommendation! We'll definitely be back!!! Price/performance was great, everything was clean and well maintained. Also great to visit with a dogThe food was fresh and very tasty!

We stayed here for one night on the way home and were all very positively surprised. The very, very large family room or holiday apartment was equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean, modern bathroom and separate toilet. The service in the beautiful, cozy beer garden was excellent and the food was highly recommended! We and our children were always served very, very friendly. We definitely recommend a visit here!

Room ok, unfortunately no air conditioning, fly screens not kept so windows couldn't be opened. The shower was certainly great, unfortunately it wasn't really usable due to the lack of maintenanceFood was good, unfortunately the lady from the service staff was hopelessly overwhelmed and then also stroppy but ok, that could have been due to the lady's ageBut ok for one night
