Hello, our experience with the Horizont Hotel was great, good food, nice and sufficient wellness, caring and kind staff and there is always something to do in the area. I recommend... - it's always a plus to have one of the upper floor rooms, the views are worth it.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place in nature. It is ideal for families, couples, friends. The atmosphere here is family and the staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. You will find a lot of services in the hotel, you can't possibly get more. It's a short walk to Pancíř or a wonderful walk to Železná Ruda via the local brewery.Snacks on the go are a great novelty.For children, there is a children's bathrobe, slippers and bed linen with the motif of Eliška the fox in the room.I always like to come home, but I have to say that I also feel at home in your hotels!Just get rid of the gate on the door in the room and there will be nothing to complain about. The door is heavy and dangerous for children.

Great food and drink - wide selection. Rooms just big, clean. Nice service. The only downside is the elevators. There are only two of them and it is impossible to wait during the exposed times. Bad with the stroller. People don't go down the stairs at all, or even 1 floor, always by elevator.

Well-equipped room with a beautiful view of the valley. Very friendly staff and a wide selection at the buffets.We traveled with our 1.5 year old son and would like to come back at any time.All in all, the price/performance ratio was very good.

Nice room, bathroom a bit small, no bathtub. Food at the buffet was tasty, but nothing special. Noisy dining room, lots of children. Spa area not particularly nice. Cold pool, only a warm whirlpool, not a nice relaxation area, small sauna. But okay for the price. Environment good for hiking and cycling. Very remote.

We celebrated our daughter's 9th birthday. In agreement with the animators, Liška wished her daughter, and the pre-arranged cake turned out to be 1*. Total satisfaction and I can only recommend it and we are already looking forward to itfor further accommodation.

Nicely renovated mountain hotel with a beautiful view and excellent cuisine. The robo cat delivering drinks in the bar and the two llamas outside in the paddock were interesting. The room had very soft, sagging mattresses and the wellness, which is why we chose the hotel, was a disappointment. The kneipuv walkway didn't work, the steam, the whirlpool was for four people and two places bubbled so that you couldn't sit there and not drown, there were still two countercurrents running in the pool, thanks to which it was difficult for more than two people to swim in it. It is said to be before the renovation, which is definitely needed, and then the hotel will not have a fault. 4.5 ✴️

Everything is great, dinner and breakfast are delicious:) The hotel is baby friendly and I appreciate that. It's a shame that there isn't a bigger wellness center and whirlpool. The mattress in the room is great like in other Orea hotels. We are happy to return 🫡
