Amazing staff and owners. They called me when we failed to check in on the booked evening due to a mixup on my part. They moved my reservation with no charge for my mistake. Friendly and welcoming people. Comfortable rooms and good food and breakfast. Thank you!!🙏🏻

I chose this accommodation for our stopover on the way home from vacation. I made a good choice. The service is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and of course absolutely clean. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet. Since it was already cool outside in the evening, it was nice and warm inside. WiFi is also good. The restaurant offers regional cuisine at reasonable prices. We only had smaller dishes - unfortunately we weren't really hungry - but they were delicious. We will come back.

A very nice hotel in a time-honored building. In keeping with an old building, everything is a bit crooked and sometimes it creaks, but that's exactly what makes it so charming. The rooms are impeccably clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. I slept well here. The breakfast also left almost nothing to be desired. From scrambled eggs to various types of muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit and of course sausage, cheese and jams, everything is included. However, the orange juice didn't suit my taste. You could also add a large pot of classic filter coffee, then you (and the guests following you) won't have to wait so long at the slow machine, which only fills the cup 2/3 full.I would be happy to come here again.

We had lunch at Schwarzacher Hof today. We were warmly welcomed and had a good lunch. There was free music on the arcadeon and it was just great. We had 2 meals and 4 drinks for €38.50, great price. We were thrilled and would love to come back for the Sunday buffet. Thank you very much for your kindness and service.

What a nice place ! A hotel with history and soul, located in a very pretty square, near an even more beautiful church!I had read some comments from dissatisfied visitors but don't stop there because the hosts seem to be those genuine people who hold up a mirror to us. Be pleasant and they will be pleasant to you, be unpleasant and they may be harsher (but who could blame them).Traveling since early in the morning and having changed itinerary along the way I had got the date wrong and upon arriving, the owner fortunately allowed us to change the reservation to that day. Considerate and attentive, he made us regret not speaking German so that we could communicate more with him. A young man was most welcoming and infinitely kind to us and our baby.We enjoyed ourselves at the restaurant: pork with cheese gratin hiding a delicious and surprising secret: blueberry jam as well as very tender beef, decorated with a myriad of roasted onion rings caramelized to perfection .A salad with a delicious sauce (the most surprising and tasty I have tasted) completed the whole thing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and you can see the care taken in the bathroom which appears to have been recently renovated. We hope to be able to return every year to this charming place halfway between our two countries.

One night from 07/13/24 to 07/14/24.When checking in, there is a monitor box in the entrance so that the dog doesn't run away, it's fun with 30kg of luggage in your hand. The 6-step entrance staircase has no railing and there is no mention of the existing elevator. Finding the room in the carnicle burrow is a bit difficult. The elevator will shut down sometime between 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Which leads me to the question of where I would have spent the night a year ago, when I was dependent on a wheelchair, after leaving the restaurant at 7 p.m. because the kitchen was closed. The breakfast is of poor quality. The baked goods are completely tasteless, there is no water, just sticky-sweet orange and multivitamin nectar. Sausage and cheese are of poor quality.Complaints from guests (others) are loudly discussed in public instead of apologizing and resolving the situation.49 euros are 49 euros too much - do-not-visit-again rating 1st class.Addendum 8/13/24:Reply to the owner:So criticism becomes personal, it becomes self-directing.The Internet is as anonymous as the earth is flat. Yes, if as a motorcyclist you can only park in the public parking lot (if you can find one), it's probably better to take your luggage with you to your room.Yes, other guests were able to find out how well the elevator worked; climbing the stairs was difficult for me.The quality of the breakfast is not a point to argue about, but to improve. Anyone who praises it is probably not used to anything better. Why I should be frustrated after 3 weeks of vacation is beyond comprehension.I don't want to harm you, why should you? You've already done that yourself with the idea. As motorcyclists, we are always looking for places where you can stay between one night and 3 weeks and where you can also hold a meeting with a group. After the answer, the predicate will probably remain.

Everything great. Very nice and courteous staff. Beds very comfortable. Shower great water pressure. The dinner at the hotel was also very good. We stayed for one night as we had to move on. Highway in 5 minutes. Thank you very much, we will be back.
