Total disappointment…I wanted to surprise my friend because he is currently in rehab and only sees old, sickly/impaired people thereI wanted to get him out of this desolate world for a day and make him happy with a cozy apartment. Where we can sit comfortably together on the couch. Keep it cozy.The room I chose was really beautiful...even though it was just the standard roomCool. I want that. That makes him happy.Then we came in and got this….All photos and videos attached…I was super disappointed because it was meant to be a comfortable time together.Were allowed in at 3 p.m. The room was cold as hell. Well, there's no question that they are old walls, but if they had been heated it would have been more pleasant.Well...off to reception...they said this wasn't anywhere near the room we had booked.The lady replied: yes, I can't do anything about it, that's in the hands of the owners. Yes… we already know that.But if she could please forward it...that would be nice...Her answer: yes, I've heard a lot of complaints like that, but...Okay… into the cold room. Then there was a knock on the door. The lady brought us a bottle of wine to our room. It was sweet of her.Well, nothing happened with the cozy weekend. Then we traipsed around in the shopping center…so the room could warm up.I bought candles and bubble bath additives.My friend couldn't get into the tub because of his operation... at least it was warm for me.We bought thick socks for him, as things obviously don't warm up so quickly in the old walls.So…unfortunately not a good rating from us

Our stay was overall very nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped.Given the high temperatures, our holiday apartment on the ground floor was pleasantly cool. Since all the windows are located directly on the sidewalk (and are very low), there was hardly any privacy and ventilation was only possible to a limited extent.A full-length mirror is missing in the apartment. Otherwise we were very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation.

We expected a lot more from this holiday apartment complex. The breakfast mentioned on the internet was not offered. At the end just an overpriced small breakfast.The bathroom was getting old, the head of the rain shower kept falling down, so you couldn't shower standing up. I had to make a temporary repair myself with electrical tape. The doorbell in the bathroom was also broken and the oven was completely dirty. The parasol on the small balcony did not fit into the umbrella stand, at least this one was quickly replaced.The price/performance ratio wasn't right. Despite defects that we reported immediately, we still had to pay for two drinks separately in the end. If we had booked through a tour operator, there would have been at least compensation for the bathroom.Positive - the location in the old town of Kelheim, but also a bit louder.

There are some parking lots in the yard, but the parking lot of the boat station is also nearby, there are slow chargers that can be used to charge the car overnight. They welcomed us very kindly at the reception and gave us tips on where to have dinner in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, with a nice bathroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bedroom. Tasty, comfortable. The city center is a 5-minute walk away, very close. I can only recommend this accommodation!

If you arrive late, there is a box in front of reception. Here in a box is the key and a nice cover letter. The cover letter states exactly where the apartment is located.The apartment is very clean and well equipped.It is only a few minutes to the city center and the jetties.I can only recommend the accommodation.

Very bad customer service!! No curtain in the Bathroom, opposite flat can clearly see inside, and shower head had problem, Water kettle was dirty inside. Apartment for 4 people without a proper table and 2 chairs only. Unacceptable!! …

We stayed in this lovely hotel as a couple for one night. Beautiful apartment, very clean and very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Storing the bikes = no problem. Very nice contact with the landlords. Great location in downtown Kehlheim with proximity to the Danube and the Liberation Hall. Breakfast is available in the breakfast basket: loving, rich and very tasty.We would be happy to come back when we are in Kehlheim.

"Boutique hotels are mostly privately owned and impress with their family atmosphere. This personal touch sets the exclusive accommodations, which also differ from other hotels with high service and exceptional design, from national hotel chains and large hotels." So much for theory. We stayed at the boutique hotel in the Ledererturm in Kelheim in the Grande Familia Appartement for just over €200 per night. The hotel is located on a side street in the busy city center. Sleeping with the windows open is not possible due to the background noise. Which wouldn't be a problem if the building didn't heat up incredibly much. We were in Kelheim in very warm weather and it was almost unbearable in the apartment. The apartment itself is furnished in an attempted modern way, using a lot of old, refurbished furniture. Some of the cupboard doors could not be opened/closed (the wood was warped). The lighting is more than sparse in some rooms. A chair was broken. One door had a screw in the door cuff sticking way out. The bathroom is old and worn. The installed shower screen does not fit the shower tray. Otherwise the apartment was clean. Service such as cleaning of the room etc. does not take place. Parking in the courtyard costs extra. Breakfast can be taken in restaurants in the city center. In this regard, Cafe Buk is clearly recommended. The hotel receptionist was very nice. We didn't get to know the owners (family atmosphere).
