The hotel is newly renovated and in immaculate condition. Service very good and friendly! Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Food very good. Now here's the thing: if you got the hotel as a gift with a voucher, like we did, an additional 80 euros will be charged for a second dinner - which is mandatory!Without any drink, mind you! 80€!It's not a star restaurant!What should you call that?🧐.What a shame! The first good impression was ruined by the rip-off.We'd rather go back to the Ortner Hotel in the same town.Everything is right there.

Hotel was recently renovated. Rooms modern and comfortable. Service excellent, food very good. Ideally suited for those seeking relaxation, as families with children are more likely to take advantage of the large thermal baths.

The reception was very friendly, champagne, coffee, etc. were offered. The rooms are very modern, bright and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is very large and chic. Balcony with seating and sun protection.Sky sauna with a great view. Cozy spa area with relaxation area, whirlpool and indoor pool, the outdoor pool was not yet finished.The hotel is very chic and modernly furnished. The restaurant is modern and cozy. The waitresses were always very friendly and our needs were always taken into account. The food was always plentiful and tasty. We had a 4-course menu, starter and dessert from the buffet, the main course was served, you could choose from 3 dishes. The Café O' Lala is also highly recommended, very cozy, delicious cakes, cocktails and small snacks.Underground parking available if you want, storage for bicycles available.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy our wellness weekend.At the first dinner, 15 minutes after our arrival, we were told that we had been given the wrong room and had to change it. We asked to finish our dinner quickly and then we would take our dog out of the room and swap places. 2 minutes later we were asked a second time to change rooms NOW because the other guest had booked the suite and there was no time to waste - right in the middle of our main course! So my friend went IMMEDIATELY to swap rooms.On the second day we wanted to lie out and enjoy the sun by the pool. Unfortunately all the loungers were occupied. We didn't want to take out the inside loungers without prior agreement, so we asked reception for more loungers. Unfortunately there were no other loungers available….The icing on the cake was the checkout on Sunday. I mentioned in the final bill that we were very disappointed about the dinner incident and that we should still pay full price for this meal on Friday evening. The lady apologized again and offered us two piccolos as an apology. Under no circumstances should we drink this while driving home and if so, of course only the passenger should. When we received the two Piccolos, we discovered that they were two non-alcoholic bottles.All in all, there was something wrong here. That's really a pity!

Very nicely renovated rooms, great wellness area with sky sauna, excellent dinner with very friendly service, good breakfast buffet. The only thing that really bothered us was the early dinner. We play golf during the day, want to enjoy the wellness area from around 5:30 p.m. to around 7:30 p.m., then take a shower and have a leisurely dinner. Unfortunately that was not possible in this hotel. That is the only reason that makes us hesitate to book the hotel again.

Was a guest here in the lobby and was only noticed by the waiter after over 40 minutes, even though there were only 5 guests still in the roomBut he made it up to me by not charging for my water as an invitation for the waiting time.

Our 3-day stay was very pleasant and we received a very friendly welcome. Rooms and facilities are top, in summer a room with air conditioning is recommended! The staff was very attentive at breakfast and dinner and ensured a pleasant atmosphere.

The room was very nicely decorated. The sauna offer was very suitable, the Finnish sauna with sunset is highly recommended. Food was also very good. Rooms were always clean, towels were always refilled. Enjoyed it very much.

Rooms very modern, spacious and beautifully decorated! Sauna area really relaxing with two saunas (60 & 70 degrees) and a steam bath and some lounging options up on the roof terrace with a great view over the city. The pool area is a bit old but will be renovated in March 2024 according to staff. Breakfast buffet enough choice. Dinner main course to choose from and something for everyone. Overall, the food was definitely delicious!Staff very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended for a weekend to relax!

The service is extremely friendly, the rooms are attractive, clean and comfortable. The sauna area with SkySauna is beautifully designed, whereas the bathing area needs renovation. We were very happy about the free parking spaces (limited number). The catering offering needs to be improved for a wellness hotel (see Food & Drinks).

The service was first class; they sat down with us at reception and checked us in personally. The rooms and very clean and modern furnishings. We immediately felt welcome. The sauna area is nice and big and has a great view. There were also plenty of opportunities to lie down or have a drink here. At dinner there was a choice of main course, the starter and dessert were buffet style, which is just an amazing idea. This means everyone can eat at their own pace and the main course is still served beautifully presented. We definitely didn't lack for anything!

Although 2 days are too short to get to know a hotel, we immediately felt at home here. From arrival to departure. The lady at reception was super friendly and check-in was easy. The room is modern, clean and everything is available. The service staff was also very accommodating.The breakfast buffet had everything your heart could desire. Very nice thermal baths in the house, great fitness studio and the sauna with panoramic views is indescribable. Great ambience.I could go on raving now...We recommend.

The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. This would certainly also be good for the swimming pool on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly. The fitness room is well equipped for the size. The selection of food was great. The dinner offering would be more hospitable with soft drinks included. This is the case with breakfast. In addition, it would not be a bad idea to openly communicate the tourist tax per day of stay and guest in advance. Overall, a good hotel with room for improvement.

We visited the wellness hotel for 4 nights. We booked one of the renovated rooms, which we really liked. The food/buffet (we booked half board) was very rich!We would give deductions for:-Wellness area: the relaxation room is not separated from the saunas by a door. Therefore unfortunately louder than in other hotels.-Service: the simplest drinks such as Vodka Lemon were mixed incorrectly due to language barriers; When checking out they didn't even ask how the stay was; high surcharge for half board-Rooms: on the 1st floor, the sound is too noisy for a completely renovated condition (chairs are moved, possibly audible from the ground floor restaurant?).
