We were there for 5 days and booked without breakfast. Very spacious apartment. Small kitchenette with everything you need. Bakers and shops within walking distance. Very clean. Modernly furnished. Bicycle parking spaces with charging facilities. Price performance okay. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment was very good, the breakfast cost €11.50 and was only worth €3. The slices of sausage and cheese lie there as counted.

Wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, and a functional kitchen. The location is also a short walk to the city and there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. Amazing hotel.

I can only agree with the previous reviews! Rarely have we lived in such a great apartment.Very clean, absolutely modern, everything available (from coffee pods to complete kitchen equipment etc), very spacious, bed just great, short walk to the city center...daily room cleaning, which is basically not necessary (there was a sign on the door).Restaurants and department stores just around the corner...there are really no negative reviews.In a nutshell...absolute recommendation!Many thanks to Rivers Passau!Ps. ...and of course don't forget the friendly staff!

Modern hotel in a central location, the city center can be reached quickly on foot!The rooms are very spacious and clean, modern bathroom with shower, Nespresso machine including capsules, small kitchenette and much more.The breakfast was very tasty, freshly prepared and plentiful.

Unfortunately the apartment with two rooms is rather unsatisfactory. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and only suitable for small people. The other room is open - so no privacy.Hotel very noisy. You can hear the other guests

We were guests here for a weekend. Modern and new hotel, with very friendly staff. Rooms large and clean; Bathroom also modernly equipped. Breakfast also good. There is also a good and inexpensive option to park your car in the garage next door. Downtown within walking distance. The only downside is the noise from the main street on which the hotel is located.

Beautiful hotel, very well located and extremely modern, well maintained and new. That makes an impression. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully furnished. You can reach the bakery just as quickly on foot as you can reach the laundromat next door. Soundproofed rooms mean nothing can be heard from outside.Minus: room service was only there on the first day and not there after that. So towels were piled up and weren't picked up/the apartment wasn't cleaned. The rooms facing the street are also quite noisy due to the busy street. In the "children's room" a second cupboard and a mirror would have been an advantage. So it seemed a bit bare.Definitely recommended!

Great hotel in beautiful Passau, my only regret is that I only spent one night in the city and in this hotel.The hotel is located in the Innstad part, close to the mouth of the Inn to the Danube. From our room we had a view of the roof of the cathedral and the castle on the hill above the city.Very good contact with the hotel and easy check-in.The room or apartment was fantastic! Very large and tastefully furnished. Both we and our children were very pleased.I would definitely recommend and will definitely use this hotel on my next stay in Passau.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast room is small but good food.
It's a walk away from the main part of Passau but definitely worth it. (Or get a car/ride share) I was here in OCT of 2021. I would love to visit again!
