There was a mixed impression of the hotel. The spa area is very nice, lots of loungers. The breakfast is very good and rich. The location in Bad Griesbach is quiet, located above. The hotel itself is beautiful. There's even Alexa in the room. Those were the good impressions.According to the written answer, a request by email a few days before arrival as to whether check-in is possible at 12 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. costs a whopping 55 euros. For 3 hours. Use of the spa before 3 p.m. costs 30 euros. I see this as a shameless money-making scheme. You could have at least used the spa area and left your suitcases in one room.The room is not adequate for a 4 star hotel. There is no bathroom, shower and sink is right next to the bed. Only the toilet is in a windowless room. If we had requested a room with a separate bathroom, an additional charge of €20 would have been required. Per day.Overall the service. Ambiguous. The TV picture froze 4 times during 10 minutes of Tagesschau. My request to fix this remained fruitless. The technician wasn't there that evening and the reception apparently forgot about it the next day. So the TV picture froze again every 5 minutes in the evening.It's a shame, 4 star hotel with high standards and deficiencies in implementation.

After 5 years we visited the Aunhamer again. Back then known as 4Moods, the hotel still offers good drinks at the relaxed hotel, top breakfast and very clean rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October!It was a great, pleasant and relaxing stayand we can only judge and rate everything positively!Friendly staff, great suite, beautiful wellness facility with heated pool and generous opening hours!In addition, a breakfast that left nothing to be desired!Also, thanks again to Mr. Thomsen at reception - we had forgotten something when we left and it was sent home the following week!

Super nice room, everything was spotlessly clean, the SPA area was very appealing, only the loungers at the pool were a bit uncomfortable (complaining at the highest level), we had booked the “Moments of Happiness” offer, breakfast and dinner were all great. Since we booked directly with the hotel, we received various discounts, such as free underground parking and early spa.

Very great room.A big plus point is that the pools are open until midnight!Disadvantage, such a large hotel but very few places at the indoor pool, something is not quite right with the proportions😅The outdoor pool was much warmer than the indoor pool, which was a shame but the pool outside was great.Staff all super friendly.Breakfast buffet is simply a 10/10The vegan pizza for breakfast was also really tasty.

Super great and clean hotel. If someone is looking for togetherness, this is the right place. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and the food is very tasty.In any case, book the private spa moment, it's really worth it. It is the perfect hotel for couples.

Fantastic stayExceptional from reception to departure, a hotel to feel good about.The service was very good, the staff very helpful and friendly.The rooms (suite) were very spacious, the bathroom with a very large shower and a huge walk-in closet (could have had a few more hangers).The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were all very well maintained.The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired for us, although it was made possible by the service and the kitchen.The spa area is very spacious and the massages are very relaxing and beneficial.It was our first time at “Das Aunhamer” and we will definitely come back!All in all a fantastic stay!!!

We recently stayed in Aunhammer for a few days for the second time because we really liked it during our first stay. The furnishings are new and modern and quite comfortable. We particularly like the heated outdoor pool and the various relaxation rooms. The selection at the buffet was again varied and very tasty.We'd love to come back.

Great hotel!!! We had a superior suite with a balcony. The room was huge (40 square meters) and very modern. Very great bathroom with a large shower and there is a walk-in closet!!! The only small drawback was the carpet, which was already showing its age. The breakfast and dinner buffets tasted very good. All the staff are super friendly and the service was excellent.The wellness area is great and was never overcrowded.We would love to come back.😀😀

We had three lovely days in Aunhamer. Hotel is really recommended. Good cuisine, nice SPA, friendly service, nice rooms.If you want to find a fly in the ointment, then the shower area in the sauna could be larger.

When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome and everything was explained to us. Unfortunately, you only get guest cards after requesting them. But they are not needed if you are just staying in a hotel. But you could like to point it out. Room was very great. We had a suite and everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the room was not heated and therefore quite uncomfortable to stay in. You couldn't adjust the heating yourself. Room cleaning must be announced via a QR code. Maybe not quite ideal for older visitors. The beds are always made and you also get fresh/extra towels/bathrobes for the spa. However, this must be done at reception. The service is not quite optimal. The employees try hard but are sometimes a bit overwhelmed and therefore a bit stressed. For example, a newly set table is done upon request, but you notice that it is done reluctantly and involves discussion about how busy it is, etc. During the day you have to call customer service to order something. Which is ok. Every now and then no one goes and when you walk up to the counter there is no one there. You then see them standing somewhere in the background (where you can't get to) and gossiping and polishing glasses etc. You then have to actively approach another employee (reception) so that they can tell the service staff that someone is there. The spa area is great. There are three saunas. However, when the hotel is full it is a bit too small and overcrowded. There are three relaxation rooms. Two silent and one where gossip is allowed. There is an indoor pool, which could be a little warmer (a matter of perspective) and an outdoor pool (nice and warm). The outdoor pool could be cleaned more often. There is already some dirt in here (i.e. from trees, etc.) and it is already settling on the edges. Running a robot every two/three days wouldn't hurt.All in all, this is complaining at a high level. We would go there again (if it wasn't so far away) and would be happy to recommend it.

We had a wonderful weekend, good service and nice SPA area. The superior rooms are also absolutely positive, but unfortunately the coffee machine was missing. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, we were only a little disappointed with the evening buffet…..otherwise absolutely recommended…..
