The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, it is right on the main square, the staff is extremely friendly and the food is excellent. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely come back.

The rooms don't quite fit in with the rest of the hotel. Everything is very old. But what is really dangerous is the equipment in the fitness room. It should be reworked. Otherwise very friendly and great breakfast.

Unfortunately I can only rate the restaurant. Service, selection, taste and ambience are really great. A great inn which can also be called that because the guest is king.October 2024: Yesterday we went to Höttl for the second time this year and it was great as always. There was nothing to complain about on any of our visits.

Top hotel in a top location. SPA very new, a bit too small due to the central location but sufficient. Storage room for bicycles available. There is a brewery right next door. Breakfast sensational.

I was only there one night but it was very pleasant. Especially the wellness area, which is very quiet later in the evening. The breakfast was very good and there was a great selection.The only thing I didn't like was reaching the room. I don't think it's a good solution if you get a room in the new building and then have to go through the restaurant/conservatory, through the breakfast corner... well. I don't think the parking situation is solved well either. If the in-house car is full, you have to park in the underground car park, which costs extra....well.

We had dinner at the inn. I had a delicious crusted steak, my wife had a zander file with scampi on linguine with asparagus and cauliflower. Everything was very nicely prepared and tasted great. Things get lively in the inn on Fridays, you have to like that, it's just part of it. We are very satisfied.

Nice hotel, in a good location. The service is very good and friendly. The rooms are very clean, although not always the most modern. But the price-performance ratio is excellent. Can highly recommend!

Here you will be wonderfully pampered. The very good breakfast is particularly worth mentioning. Large and very loving selection. I particularly liked a delicious selection of teas, cappuccino, mountain cheese with fig mustard, freshly prepared egg dishes and a high-quality selection of nuts. I also liked the spa area, which could be shared. Our room was rather small and practical. Everyone was very friendly. We parked at the city theater and paid 4 euros for 24 hours.

Very nice and friendly everyone. The food was delicious, unfortunately despite half board there were extremely long waiting times between courses. Room was good, but a little too tight and warm for both of us. The minibar was included in our package, very nice. The sky pool is a great idea, although very small. Extremely wet and slippery beforehand, be careful. Hay flowers tepidarium is really great for me. Breakfast very good. Unfortunately, all of the hotel's parking spaces were occupied despite long-term room reservations and we had to pay to park in the underground car park. Parking to check in was also quite difficult, only second row. We stayed here because of its proximity to Gut Aiderbichl.

The three of us stayed at the HÖTTL for a week and felt very comfortable. The location, in a prime city location, is ideal for shopping and strolling.A quiet, service-friendly hotel with very good cuisine and a feel-good atmosphere!There are 4 seating and dining areas. Directly in front of the Höttl to the market, in the restaurant, in the winter garden and on the farm. The service was always BEST at all times! The kitchen is the same in all areas, it is said to be SUPER TASTEFUL and visually a delight!!!Whether it's the veal liver in balsamic sauce with a Chianti, the tender lamb shank or the exceptionally good tartare, everything is outstanding. Even the “simple” baked potato tastes very tasty. The freshly tapped light beer, the Augustiner, is very tasty ;-)The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, with fresh egg dishes and a large selection of drinks. Cake, fish, fruit, champagne, ... everything is there.The rooms are fully equipped. From the walk-in shower to the TV, what you need and don't need :) Pillows can be booked later. There is even a stocked minibar. I wouldn't book the 121 again because the delivery at 6 a.m. is responsible for an early and unwanted wake-up call;-) The cleaning is done daily, very well and discreetly. The apartments are otherwise well insulated against sound.There is a sky pool that is worth seeing and can always be used (unfortunately it is sometimes a bit too full) with different relaxation areas. Even terraces with a viewvia Deggendorf. The fitness room is modern, worth seeing, clean and well used. Wellness, massage and hairdresser can be booked on request. Fits.We felt very comfortable. A pleasant atmosphere, characterized by EXCELLENT cuisine and friendly service. VERY GLADLY AGAIN!-)
