Only a washing machine and a dryer, plus it costs exactly 4 50 cent coins... you can request a clothesline for the room... the kitchen is very small... but you can use it... one is missing common place with an oven, like a common kitchen with more resources, despite some points the owner helps you with whatever you need, even exchanging coins or any inconvenience.

This place offers rooms for one or two people, for long-term rental. Some rooms have a balcony, others have terraces, and there are some without a balcony or terrace. They are equipped with a small kitchen with hotplates, a sink, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Rooms are cleaned once a week. I like it.

I stayed 5 months at Gnadler Hof, service is great because Mr. and Mrs. Eisenreich are always available to help in case of need. Rooms are spacious, always clean because a cleaning lady comes every week. Heated floor in the bathroom. If you have the chance to get a nice terrace, you will enjoy even more, especially in summer.I would recommend anyone to get a bike in order to go to the S bahn in 5 mins instead of 10 (walking). You can also get delivery from Rewe for groceries, i would highly recommend to do that!

About the time at the “Gnadler Hof” from January to July 2020At the end of last year, while looking for a place to stay near Kirchheim near Munich for work-related reasons, I came across the apartment hotel "Gnadler Hof" in Ismaning.At first it seemed like the easiest and most comfortable way to have a place to stay in the early days - the furnishings were well above the standard and a regular room cleaning service were arguments in favor of it.In addition, the vast majority of rooms either have a sufficiently large balcony (for a slightly higher price) or a terrace on the ground floor with a lawn reminiscent of a garden.When we - my husband accompanied me for the first few days and would later come to visit more and more often - arrived there on a Sunday at the beginning of January, we were welcomed by a cheerful and very courteous owner of the house - Laura Eisenreich.The first impression over the phone was confirmed here in person - that's how I imagine friendly service!!!What then happened until we moved out in mid-July - a home had been found in the meantime - exceeded everything that could have been expected.Everyone I/we met from the Eisenreich family turned out to be extremely friendly and helpful - with an open ear for - even rather unusual - questions or requests (e.g. my husband needed rosemary and thyme for the cultivation he had started and sage flower pots - these were organized on the same day, the associated soil was given to us without asking) and of great empathy (I/we were given a room on the ground floor that was better designed for two people than was possible, with the "little garden" mentioned above. offered - which was gratefully accepted).Among other things, there were very useful tips for supplying organically and seasonally grown vegetables or a fish farm and smokehouse.However, this should only be of interest to people who - like us - want to settle down here - but none of this is a given.When I/we left the "Gnadler Hof" in mid-July, it was with a sincere tear of sadness and the knowledge that I was valued as guests, welcomed and simply at home.Everyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area - even if only for a short time - is recommended to contact this family and visit the "Gnadler Hof"!!!

Laura the owner is very pleasant and welcoming. Beautiful building. Well maintained. Always spotlessly clean. Ismaning is a very nice town and Gnadler Hof perfect position for exploring. Munich and airport close but it is very peaceful

A beautifully run, quiet apartment house, an incredibly nice and courteous owner, also a very nice receptionist, the rooms are very, very clean, although a bit small, but everything you need is there. And if you don't have a car, the connection is great both to the city of Munich and to the airport. You can go for a wonderful walk in Ismaning and there are nice restaurants. So many, many stars to this nice family with this beautiful run house

I lived here for 1 year and it was absolutely perfect!The entire complex - from the house, underground car park, garden to the apartments - everything is very high quality!!! , modern and tastefully laid out and furnished.The warm service and the many amenities deserve praise. I was taken care of very touchingly. I really didn't miss anything.And I looked forward to looking out the window every morning to see horses... A great start to the day!
