So, I stayed in this hotel above my company for almost 2 months. I'm really only there to sleep. But I got complaints (dishes weren't washed) etc. even though it wasn't me. This motel doesn't have WiFi. It is never cleaned... After using the toilet you have to go into your room through what feels like 5 doors to be able to wash your hands... (no washbasin)... The old lady (the mother) absolutely doesn't want to hear any learning, because she is at home downstairs,,,, beware the TV is on, you'll get her anger right away.... I've been out for 3 months now,,,, we've only just received our deposit and only part of it,, "Well, I'm a mechanic, I've been all over the world, but I've never seen a motel like this without any service or unfriendliness......

I wrote to enquire about a rental. The person who answered was completely rude. He has told me that this hotel does not rent to Polish people because he doesn't need them, implying that he is superior

Dirty, moldy. The owner is an extremely unpleasant person. The place is advertised as a hotel, but in fact it is a terrible hostel. …

We were here for the second time and felt very comfortable again! The service is great and the owners are very friendly and always take care of everything. It's always quiet and we have everything we need. Thanks again for everything! If we could, we would give it 7 stars too! We will certainly come back.

I spent two weeks here last summer and really enjoyed it -it's excellent that it caters for long-term guests, the price is good and it is located next to a bus stop which can take you straight to the nearest U-Bahn Station (Neuperlach Süd). I am staying in Munich again this summer for a longer period and would like to book a room here once again.

I was one of the first guests to spend my internship summer here from June to September, as the location is ideal (15 minutes by bike/bus to the Ludwig Bölkow Campus [Airbus] and Siemens; 30 minutes by public transport to Marienplatz)Some of the rooms have not yet been renovated (renovation work is ongoing, but you won't notice much of it if you work during the day), although they are still good and spotless apart from a few signs of wear. Modern flat screens are already installed in most rooms, as well as mini-fridges and storage space + cupboards. WiFi is provided and has a good speed (couldn't run long tests as the floor repeaters have yet to be installed). There is also a shared kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, but the landlord will be renewing this in mid-September 2018.The landlord is extremely communicative and helpful, so planning my stay couldn't have been easier.Always happy!

I had a great experience here. I was staying for a week but ended up there for 2 so I needed to get some laundry done. I called the first desk and was told to bring it down and leave it with them. …

We stayed here with the express purpose of visiting Oktoberfest in Munich. The innkeeper was so sweet and helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast was great and we appreciated the underground parking lot. Would definitely recommend to a friend, especially because of the service!

Five of us (3 adults and two small children) stayed in the Prinz Eugen for a week in two double rooms and we not only really liked the rooms (large with balcony, bathtub in the bathroom) and about 20 square meters. …
