I was in Munich for just a couple of days and this was Smartliving was a great and affordable option. The building is located 3-4 minute walk from the nearest train station which gave very quick and easy transport into the city and event center, the neighborhood is also very quiet.The staff I met was very nice and helpful as well.

I relocated to Munich and stayed here for a month until i found an apartment. It is close to Messe stadt and s bahn station in Trudering. However, there are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.The room was nice, and very very clean! Cleanliness was the highlight of my stay. The room was frequently cleaned with fresh towels, and often bedsheets and it always smelled nice. The attention to details is what makes me recommend this place.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Our room was extremely uncomfortable: there was no air conditioning, which made it difficult to breathe in the dusty and cold room. The constant noises from the sewers every two minutes disturbed our sleep. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. In addition, there were spiders and cobwebs in the room. Overall, our stay was anything but pleasant

See the actual condition of this hotel before you book! The hotel refuses to refund money if there are any problems with the room. You can take pictures of spiders and other things (censored) as much as you like 🙈 But there are many other good hotels in the area at a low price. Good luck 🙏

Super modern, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Loved that everything is automated, no human interaction needed for check-in, etc. No keys or keycards needed either. Close to the metro station as well. If I had to nitpick something it would be how dark the street gets at night, but I never felt unsafe. A couple of strip clubs nearby too, so it can put some people off. Didn't bother me at all.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, everything is done automatically - entering the building, checking in, entering the room. No one from the staff is involved in the process. Spacious and well-equipped rooms (kitchenette, dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, coffee machine with capsules, fridge). Capsules can be refilled if necessary. An ideal place as an accommodation base for the fair - 4 minutes' walk to the metro station, only one station to go. Only the area is quite specific - there is not a single grocery store within a few hundred meters, only go-go clubs and ho(s)tels. However, there is a nice Italian restaurant almost on the way to/from the metro.

Cleanliness:At first glance everything is very clean and modern. However, the refrigerator had to be cleaned upon request.Check-in/Out:You can check in yourself almost easily using an on-site system, receive access codes for the room and don't have to do anything at checkout. When checking in, the ID card must be scanned, which is problematic if the scanning device only responds at 10*.Audience:We had booked a stay from Friday to Sunday. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep well because of the noise and cigarette smoke that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Guests sit in the entrance area and can spend time there in a relaxed open-ended manner. There is no on-site contact person - as already mentioned above - everything is done digitally.The smoking area was inconveniently set up in the immediate vicinity of rooms.Conclusion: nice idea, modern furnishings, but more of a contact point for celebrating party guests.
