From the moment we stepped into the building, the calm and cozy atmosphere of the entrance and lobby immediately made us feel at home. Every person we encountered during our stay was friendly, always smiling, and warmly welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place.We had the pleasure of staying in the spacious three-bedroom penthouse for one month, and it was perfect in every way.The area surrounding the building is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.The parking space is generous and, even better, free of charge—an added convenience that made our stay even more comfortable.Everything you need is close by, with supermarkets just a short walk away, making day-to-day living very easy.A special thank you to Fabio for his exceptional cooperation throughout our stay. Great serviced apartments in Munich with a unique service!The Golden Ball impresses not only with its very luxurious furnishings but also with its remarkable service. All employees are always in a good mood and the apartments are extremely clean.The location of the house is very good, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. I can recommend this house 100%!

Honestly, I rate this place with all sincerity five stars and it deserves more because I stayed there for a long time, about three months, because I am very happy. First of all, it is safe and the apartments are very clean. It is true that there are many places in the area, but this is the best. Even the residents who live in the same Golden Pool are very classy. The hotel manager is classy, cheerful and also helpful. I highly recommend staying in the Golden Pool. For the beauty of the place. And the hospitality by the beautiful hotel staff, from the reception to the cleaning ladies to the hotel manager. And the quiet from the noise of the city. And its proximity to Reem Arcaden. And also two steps away. The supermarket. A wonderful place in every sense of the word ☺️

Top quality accommodation in a quiet neighborhood.Only a few minutes away from the S-ban that leads to the city center or the airport. There is also an Aurobus station and bike/romobile rental for small amounts of money.The location is fantastic - because it is close to the Open Air Arena Messe and in the area where fairs are held in Munich.The rooms are luxuriously furnished and look like apartments - fully equipped with a kitchen, a living area, a work area, a spacious bathroom (shower and bathtub separately), and large wardrobes for clothes.The cleanliness is exceptional, and the staff is friendly.We felt extremely safe during our entire stay in the apartment.On the ground floor, they have tables and chairs, and armchairs for sitting, and a mini bar where you can drink premium coffee.We saw that they also have wellness - but we didn't use the services, so I can't write more about it.

We had an outstanding stay at Golden Ball Munich - Exclusive Serviced Apartments. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. The atmosphere in the hotel is incredibly peaceful; it felt as though the entire hotel was ours. I typically avoid hotels due to the crowds, but this was the perfect choice for our visit to Munich.What I particularly loved was the location—it’s a very quiet area, yet just 200 meters from the metro station. This was our first time in Munich, and we came for an Adele concert. Those four days were wonderful. A special mention goes to Fabio, who was always available and helpful. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

I'm rarely in Munich but now for the European Championships I have to say I had the best experience in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and, above all, the rooms were extremely clean and everything smelled good. Even the hotel manager welcomed me personally and my friend and I were shown all the important rooms. I felt completely comfortable. When I'm in Munich again and again!!

Stayed at Golden Ball for over one year whilst looking for a new permanent residency. I stayed in one of the suites, consisting of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen area and a separate bathroom including shower and bathtub.This is a great place for a longer stay and essentially you’re not missing anything from a regular flat/house.Great service from reception to the cleaning staff.You can book a garage at a small cost or use the parking lot.The hotel is located close to Messe Munich and you have a short drive to the Autobahn and Mittlerer Ring (towards City Centre).There is a partnership with the gym across the street.Also a nice Italian restaurant is right there (owned by a Croatian family).Supermarkets are right around the corner. I highly recommend Golden Ball.

We had an amazing stay at Goldenball. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better hotel/apartment experience. Our living space was quite spacious as well, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleaning crew did a wonderful job! Fabio the manager, the office staff and the workers were very responsive, friendly and helpful (even with things that we personally needed help with) and made our stay delightful. A great perk was that most of the staff spoke English. Another aspect that we thoroughly enjoyed was the close proximity to everything. Downtown Munich was just a short drive away, there were uncountable grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and a nice mall that was minutes way as well. At first glance we thought the hotel might be noisy since it was on a relatively busy road, but to our surprise it was extraordinary quiet and peaceful inside. They have an extensive security system inside and outside of the property and on-site security personnel as well which made us feel quite safe. We couldn’t recommend Goldenball enough to anybody who is looking at staying in Munich for a longer stint of time and if we ever visit Munich again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I came to this house because my apartment had water damage. I didn't know this principle before. The boarding house is located directly at the Riem trade fair but also at its shopping center ;)The Sbahn is also in the corner here and I was in Munich in 10 minutes.My apartment was a great size for 4 weeks. Kitchen with double hotplate, refrigerator and even mini dishwasher were very pleasant.A coffee machine and a snack machine are accessible at any time. There are also washing machines in the basement. The wellness area has a sauna and there is even a cheap gym opposite. There is sufficient parking space or the option of an underground parking space for a fee.Highly recommended for longer business stays away from home.

I stayed at Golden Ball for several months in 2020 and again for a short visit in Munich this time. The quality of service they provide is to the highest standard, making each stay I had very pleasant. The amenities are excellent, the place is clean and quiet and staff was attentive and accommodating throughout my whole stay. I highly recommend their services both for long-term and short stay.
