After a decent inquiry, I was probably ignored because of my foreign name. I assumed it was good and called Ms. Burgmaier the next day to confirm the reservation. Whenever she heard my name, she suddenly said "I don't have a free room at the moment" and immediately hung up on her... Such a cheek!!

Room under the attic was large and modernly furnished. Bathroom was clean and also newer. Quiet house and quiet surroundings. However, 120€ is quite expensive, also because the breakfast - if at all - is at a youth hostel level. In addition, the advertised “cozy breakfast room” no longer exists, breakfast in the room. Whoever likes it...

We have payed 8 euro per person/day for a very poor breakfast.
I suggest to not buy breakfast.

Very friendly owners. We are always satisfied.Update: was there again for the Oktoberfest. As usual, great service and always courteous innkeepers. Bavarian warmth.We recommend.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to travel there myself, so I can't rate the locations. Ms. Burgmayr, which is why this report is important to me, was extremely courteous, helpful, friendly and flexible in its preparation. Great! Maybe the opportunity will arise at another date

We left the hotel again on August 25th, 2023 shortly after checking in for a few hours.Caused by my partner falling in the shower. There was no barrier-free shower in the bathroom, no shower mat in the shower tray and no holder to hold on to when getting in and out! My partner sustained severe bruising. After we informed the owners about the case of negligence, they showed inappropriate reactions, no decency and demanded €100 when they left immediately.I find it cheeky! To make another person's suffering pay for you!The booked room with balcony was only made possible when we checked in! In summer it is very warm on the second floor. Air conditioning or a pedestal fan in the room would be recommended. The rooms can only be reached via a stairwell, which could be a hindrance, especially for older people.Dog owners should think about a pad... which we were not told when booking online. We would not book this guesthouse again let alone recommend it to others.

The room was carelessly furnished. Totally heated up in summer. With just a few simple steps and small investments, much more could have been achieved! A parasol on the balcony, a reading lamp on the bed, a few shelves in the bathroom...etc. The breakfast was very simple. The price was therefore far too high! A pity!

Although it was stated that dogs were allowed, we were asked twice if we had documents and we had to wipe the dust ourselves upon arrival.There were no curtains or anything like that on the window, the neighbor could look in without any problems.Mattress was very firm and the bed cracked with every movement.Even though we were 2 people we only received 1 large towel.Leftover toilet paper, missing light bulb and a broken shower hose.There was an introduction in the room with the obligations to use the Internet, but no WiFi password.Overall, too much money for these shortcomings!After this experience, we would not recommend Gastgaus.The hosts were otherwise nice and the location was very quiet!

Very nice and clean room! Sufficient breakfast with delicious rolls. Good starting point for our bike tours. If you have any questions, Ms. Burgmayr is always available. She even drove us to the train station. It was a very nice stay and vacation there!
