The beer garden is beautifully located under the trees which offers a nice atmosphere. The meal was excellent! We had curry soup with shrimp, the lumberjack schnitzel, mixed salad and veal patties. Everything was fresh and homemade. Very friendly and fast service! If we end up in Grafing again, we will definitely eat there again!

Not recommendableWe wanted to stay overnight with 2 adults and 2 children following a family celebration. The hotel staff was unable to answer the question on the phone as to whether one room was possible and sensible for everyone, or whether two double rooms would be more suitable, but preferred to send an inquiry via email. After two unanswered emails, it was only when we asked via the contact form that an offer was made for a room for four at a more expensive price than two double rooms. When we asked, there were no more two double rooms available. However, it was still possible to book other party members later. Ultimately, the service on site was very much on the borderline between listless and unfriendly.The room itself was nice, but not particularly clean, see photos.

Beautiful, modern, large and clean rooms. Quiet location, lots of parking spaces.Breakfast is good, fresh and plentiful.The very good in-house restaurant is not part of the hotel and is closed on Mondays.Unfortunately there is no drinks machine.It would also be nice to have a coffee or tea outside of the restaurant's opening hours.

A small but nice hotel, with very clean rooms, extremely friendly staff. Good parking spaces even for larger cars. Normal prices for the region.Slept well and had a very good breakfast.

Well-kept hotel in the middle of Grafing, but still in a very quiet location with its own parking lot, nice restaurant and beer garden.Very nice, modern and quiet room, bed with a very good mattress, varied breakfast buffet, bright breakfast room with a nice terrace, very friendly and helpful staff.The only minus: unfortunately no elevator.Otherwise everything is fine. I would love to come back.

A family-run local hotel, right next to the Marktplatz. Own, free parking, modern rooms and delicious breakfasts - this place is worth recommending! You get scrambled eggs exactly the way you want them. Cheese selection - delicious. Very tasty coffee! An interesting fact that we like is that bathrooms are standardly equipped with little things that are sometimes forgotten. We recently forgot toothpaste. She was!!!❤️ The owners' thinking about the guests' needs makes it always a pleasure to come back there ☺️☺️☺️

We were at Kastenwirt as part of a wedding. It was MEGA. Excellent cuisine, fantastic service and a great ambience. Definitely try it out. We'll be back

Great inn with a nice little beer garden...even a small playground with swings and seesaws for the kids! The service is great, the restaurant is really great inside and out. Very well maintained, clean and stylishly furnished. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The toilets are also great - even with nice brass music ;).The food is super tasty, everything is fresh and the portions are generous! Price-performance ratio is simply great!Really an insider tip - it's worth planning a visit there. If necessary, reserve in advance during peak times! Absolutely a recommendation :).
